**New Investors, Please Read**Xcoins is an excellent place to buy Bitcoin. They accept PayPal and other Major Credit Cards. This is good for the buyer. The rates are a little high, but if you are diligent in your research, you will find that in this volatile market, money can be made really quick if you do your math. Buy from other exchanges low, sell here. There is one very important caveat that you must consider and that is PayPal. While most exchanges do not accept PayPal, there is a good reason! If the Buyer contacts PayPal and disputes the transaction, you will lose 100% of the time. This means you will not only lose the Bitcoin you sold, you will quite possibly be sought after to repay PayPal if you have already withdrawn the funds.

So people complain that they have to send a photo ID to get coins. Really? Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. If you can't have some recourse no one is going to put their bitcoins up for you to get. There are other options for buying, but If you want to pay with Paypal, get your coins immediately this is the only one I know of. They are very much on top of making sure that people who pay get their coins delivered. A consequence of the system is that they need to make an authorization in order to see if the buyer is real. The unscrupulous seller could indeed capture those funds but Paypal will immediately refund them if the seller can't prove the coins were indeed transferred. People complaining of this doesn't make any sense.My only complaint is that there is not enough information on how the system works, credit ratings, etc. The system is good but they need to let people know more how everything works. I think this would be beneficial to the business as well. If there was more information on how it worked I would give it five stars.

BEWARE! - August 23, 2016Only you the buyer can release funds to the lender when you send it thru Paypal. xCoins only has a say in whether to deliver the appropriate amount of BTC once you've passed ID verification. So if that's not what you want to have happen then don't send Paypal payment to the lender!
When this happens just goto xCoins forums and post a message asking for help getting your money refunded.
Scammers! BEWARE! - August 23, 2016
I was forced to provide an ID which I refused to. They then sent me a "cancel order" email enclosing that my transaction was canceled. But they actually let the authorization be released to the seller! Now the seller has my funds and refuses to respond. What kind of scam is this? Why would you release the funds to the seller! The transactions as canceled, I was suppose to get the money back not the seller!
I'm now in the process of filling a PayPal dispute. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

What is most impressive about xcoins.io is that the transaction was a non-event - I specified the amount of Bitcoin I wanted, paid with my PayPal account, and had the Bitcoin in my xcoins.io wallet 38 minutes later - that was my first transaction, so they also verified my ID during this time.This is the kind of service that makes using Bitcoin palatable for the common man - simply, fast, and unlike most of the exchanges where they take forever to verify your account, if you sign up and do a transaction during business hours, you'll be using your Bitcoins in no time.
When you pay, do not be alarmed when your payment is being received by a party other than xcoins.io - xcoins.io is only facilitating your private transaction with the person who is "lending" you the Bitcoin that is the person you are buying or selling the Bitcoin from, so be sure to keep track of who you paid / received payment from - especially if you expect to have any tax liabilities for your particular jurisdiction.
I have a couple of exchange accounts both of which have a more institutional feel to their user interface. On the other hand, xcoins.io is simply enough that my 70+ year old parents could use the site - simplicity = success in this case.

I've used Xcoins for one week, and so far its been amazing. I use Coinbase to buy bitcoin and then sell them on Xcoins. Unfortunately, Coinbase takes 1 to 4 days to transfer dollars from my bank account to bitcoin, so there is a limit on how much bitcoin you can loan/sell using Xcoins, but that is a limitation on how fast you can purchase bitcoin from Coinbase, and for how cheap you can purchase those bitcoin. If you can buy bitcoin for less than a few percent in fee's, then you can sell them at 10% on Xcoins, making an easy 6% to 8% profit (coinbase charges 1.99% in fee's when using a checking account, but it takes a few days for the bitcoin to be deposited into your coinbase account - and Coinbase charges 3.99% fopr using a debit card, but they limit the instant purchase to a very small amount per day). The trick is keeping your Xcoins account stocked with bitcoin to keep the loans/sales coming in. If anyone needs help setting up, a bitcoin donation will get my service.

Seems fast and all... and i was interested to be a lender... but i just tryed to buy 60$ usd and with all the fees they want to charge me 81$ for 0.099144 btc.... they clain thant the current btc value is 605.18, bitfinex show 615...Quick calculation... with the fees they are selling at 822.64$/btc

When you talk about support from coins You can ask n number of doubts to the support they will revert back to you with in 24 hours.
