Very dissapointed in the slow customer service, they take a long time to get back to you, purchased bitcoin a few times no problems the last time i purchased i was charged and didn't receive the bitcoin, they said it was a technical problem, 48 hours later still haven't received my bitcoin i purchased, i would say this place is average, fees are high as well, would not recommend

Xcoins.io I started with 3,000$ and rotated it from profit every other week. I started around May 2016. In July i had maybe 1 or 2 Chargebacks. I emailed xcoins.io and they told me it was 2% chance of occurence which would be outweighed by the 15% profit i would be making. It is Nov. 3, 2016 my paypal account is -1246$ I have lost two paychecks from my real life job. Paypal offeres no Protection on INTANGIBLE goods, which is what bitcoins are. More Chargebacks are coming ! I contacted xcoins.io again via email that It was too much fraud that i might have to declare bankruptsy. They told me to Keep Lending and my luck would be sure to change ! Keep lending with what I have no money left? since i kept rotating 3,000$ i technically sold 22,000 $ worth of BTC and have nothing infact i'm Paying out the ass for more then 3000$. Everyone says instant. Not for borrowing on my first bitcoin transaction. Taking a long time (currently nearly a day) with no support. I don't know if they want me to upload new photos or what's happening, but I know my account shows less available funds and I have no satoshi in return. If it's not instant, don't say it is. This is probably instant for the lenders. So, it could be a way to scam new borrowers as the value changes.
