Zero Star if I could. Do not use these guys. Spent a lot of time to go through their credentialing that include email & phone number verification and taking a selfie with your ID. After waiting over a day for them to review and respond. They gave a nonesense comment that account is denied due to discrepancy with name and/or address dont match ID. Nonsense, my name and ID match perfectly! Lame excuse! Waste of my time. Just use COINBASE service to avoid this headache. Way better and cheaper to buy Bitcoins. Wished I knew then. Hope my bad experience will help you out.

This is an interesting idea. My first impressions are that it is similar to LocalBitcoins, but xCoins.io also do the KYC/verification stuff on behalf of the sellers. The system actually works quite well - purchasing Bitcoin is very straightforward and easy to use, and once you are verified and the Bitcoin is paid to your wallet instantly.The site itself is simple and easy to use - I like the minimalist approach and lack of clutter. I would definitely recommend checking it out, but as other reviewers have mentioned here, only do small transactions (at least at first) until you know the system.

DO NOT USE.if you dont lose from the chargebacks you sure will from xcoins themself. Ive never used as a buyer but as a lender they are a joke. they will take your btc deposits and you will not get it back.
they will give you the run around, play dumb, stall for time, give answers that dont make sense or just ignore your messages.

Chargebacks will take all your profit. Many "borrowers" are playing nice until they become more verified users, afterwhich they do many large transactions and file chargebacks on all of them. The lender is saddled with all losses. Xcoins has no responsibility at all and keeps their profits, while the lender pays the chargeback plus a chargeback fee ($20) to Paypal.Even though it looks extremely nice up front, I would suggest finding another way to sell bitcoin.

In general I really enjoy the site as a lender - would give more stars but the help desk doesn't answer any of my tickets I have 6 open over a week and no response and there is no phone number to call - other than that I really enjoy the full automation but charge backs are annoying right now

...don't believe the positive reviews. If you lend, you'll lose money. Paypal doesn't accept xcoin evidence for digital products. You'll lose. What do xcoins do? Nothing. Actually, worse than nothing, they will try to make you lend more to recover your loses. Sound familiar?

Very fast for both lending and borrowing.Support could use some more staff... but the site works well.
I've been using xcoins for 3 months, and when I've been lending, while there have been chargebacks, if you set up your lending strategies properly, you greatly reduce the risk of receiving a chargeback. Also, communication is everything. imo, most people who get chargebacks and lose money don't bother with contacting the buyer / paypal. It's usually just a misunderstanding.
As a buyer, lenders are usually pretty friendly if I have a problem. :-)

Forget the positive reviews. If you are a lender, you WILL lose money. xCoins cannot prevent chargebacks and the system is ripe with them. I've been lending for months and have lost hundreds. Their customer service is a joke and won't reply if you have something that's too difficult for them - like chargebacks. AVOID.

This site is not perfect, but it is effective, especially for buying Bitcoin. I've been a customer for since August 2016, and all things considered, I'm happy with the platform. The site is 100% not a scam. I would ignore most of the posters below screaming that it is a scam (particularly the raging fools using ALL CAPS!). Buying Bitcoin with xCoins is simple and (almost) fool proof. However, on occasion, glitches happen, and customer service is required to sort out the issue. Since customer service is so awful, the delays involved results in some people coming on here to scream 'scam', which is definitely not true. I appreciate that there are many legitimate complaints, but AFAIK all users get their issues solved (eventually) and most people who use this site are happy with the system (they just don't post here).If you intend to use this platform, do your research and don't expect a perfect experience - don't be one of the people below who go in blindfolded then start screaming like teenagers about scams when things don't go perfectly. Be smart, start small, figure out the pros and cons of the system, then you will benefit from this unique service.

Seems fine to me. I got one reversal out of about 80 transactions. I have a friend who had 2 reversals on paypal after over 720 transactions.I would keep the lending increments small to lower your risk. Seems fine. 15% is great!
