We currently do not offer phone support, which is why we have Help Desk and also a very active Slack channel.

Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support at this time. But, we respond to all support inquiries through our Help Desk very quickly, usually in less than 24 hours.

Very frustrating...I went into it as a lender and they keep responding to me as if I`m a borrower...I have asked several times for a phone # and have yet to receive one...they declined me as a borrower because I can`t get my tablet to upload the pic they want with drl...even tho I am going through pay pal...it makes no sense at all!!

Honestly best place to buy bitcoin, the website is non-intrusive and cheapest place you can buy unlimited bitcoin with a debit card, the only other place I can think is on par is coinbase and that place bans account like no tomorrow

A few days ago someone had asked me if i would like to make a few dollars i said yes. I was told to hold my id and a piece of paper that said xcoins. As i did this and finished was payed about 20$ and the people drove off a litt strange if u ask me . Now kindof worried that this people dont work for xcoins indeed just trying to steal peoples information please help with any info

where to start customer service doesn't respond very fast fees are high very outdated uses same fee amount for every transaction no matter the size, maybe friendly for sellers but for buyers not great at all would not recommend to anyone

I contacted the local police due to these friendly fraud chargebacks and they won't even waste their time on fraud less than $10-20k. They won't bother putting Any effort and resources to find someone online, even though we have all their photos and ID and IP. I just lost $500
