Totally not worth the time ! The longer I stayed here the more I watched people get screwed by whaleclub. Thankfully I made a few dollars and didn’t have a problem but in the chat there’s people complaining all the time. Dude all the time. It seems like there’s only 5 people that seem to always talk in the chat and whenever someone new shows up it’s to ask a question about their money missing, or like complaining that they were getting errors or trades missing. Then those people would disappear and the same 5 people would be talking again like that person was never there. It’s like a weird Matrix movie or totally something like maybe chat bots. I just was getting a weird vibe like I’d totally be next. Maybe I’m being paranoid but it’s strange all those people complaining and then disappearing from chat like mid thought. I’d be careful here to any new comers !

I’m abroad in Singapore stationed US Marine. Have been trading on and off since High School. I’m writing this review because I used some of my GI money to trade here which yes I know I shouldn’t have. Anyway I saw the reviews and the negative and decided to give it a go. Well my luck wasn’t luck. I made a USD/TRY short that outta no where spiked to around 425% profit. Anyway for some reason the market kept closing and opening like randomly. Each time my profit was less and less, after the 3rd close it went in TRY’s direction again short and I was up to 500% profit !! I clicked close and a red box popped up saying unexpected error the trade wouldn’t CLOSE !! After trying like 10 times in a row the market closed AGAIN !! This time for a few minutes. Once it opened back up my position was -100% profit and automatically closed !! Idk what the hell that was but I’ve wrote support a ticket and haven’t had a answer now for about a week 5 days to be exact. Something isn’t right with this place and I’m starting to realize negtaitve reviews usally are the damn truth. Let’s see if they resolve my issue.

Had so many issues since my time being on this site they should call it The Donate Club. Everyday my balance would be less and less on trades. I kept writing support but they didn’t answer. So that’s when I found out their fees are 30% a hour on your own money !!!! They are charging you interest fees on my own damn balance. This place is highway robbery. I won’t be donating anymore. Oh and when I said something in chat about the fees I was banned from talking !!! What a joke you people are scum of the earth !

Very simple speaking of TRY let’s tell the truth here. The other day the Turks released reserve money to combat the beating the USD was giving it. It was atthe time a closed secret meeting. At the time they released the funds into the market, The Lydia took control by over 1000%. At this time users on this site who had shorts out were making a killing. 300%,400% even saw a 1065% profit trade being shared in chat. Guess who’s trade that was ? MINE !! I split 80/20 and closed the 80%. Then all of a sudden the TRY market was closed on the platform about 3 minutes go by and its open but at this time the price had rocketed back up for some traders caused a instant liquidation upon opening. My 1000% trade had went down to 200% then 10 minutes later it closed again. This repeated 8 more times and each time for a different time frame. My 20% spilt by this time was liquidated also. So what was happening for anyone not understanding is any huge profits from traders on TRY at this time whaleclub was lossing BIG MONEY, More over they had to be able to cover some of these losses. In order to do this they would close and open the market in order to force liquidate non closed profitable trades. Including mine. So what happened to my 800% profit one I was able to close ? Well simple I went to take it out after getting nervous my profits weren’t gonna be paid, and I made a withdraw of 3btc. It went into pending and I get a confirmation email. Now I know they don’t do instant withdraws there it’s a 24 hour manual approval policy which is further proof this place is not liquid. Anyway 24 hours passes and nothing to my cold storage address yet. I log in and my balance is .7 BTC the exact amount I started with !! So I go to look at my trade history and it’s been removed well it wasn’t listed anymore. It’s like it never happened. I’ve sent support a ticket last week and am awaiting a reply. I highly recommend staying away from this exchange pretty much all the negative reviews you read are actually true because if you go into their chat which is public you’ll see people complaining then all of a sudden they are gone. The place is a huge scam factory and they hide it so well ! I don’t know what to do.

I work for Whaleclub. We closed the market on TRY the other day it was very volatile in order to liquidate peoples positions upon reopening. Then they wanna come here and cry like it’s gonna do anything. I’ll keep adding 5 stars to all these negative reviews no one cares about you!!

I have been using whaleclub for almost 2 years since they started almost. I'm pretty active in chat and they have a nice thing going here. If I had to review it, i would give it 4.5 stars. The support is nice and I've never had issues with deposits or withdrawals. The market selection is nice as well. Some improvements that can be made: make a better mobile app. Add more markets: RUB, CNY, and more EUR bases.

I wish I could give a zero Star Rating. These people are scammers. The user reviews depicting how they will change trades and balances on your account are true. They have done this to me and banned me from chat before I could alert anyone.

I was on the site for a long time. I leave yesterday things just are not right here. I watch too many customers being screwed by this company. Their system is basically made to cheat customers. What make me leave is they void my trade because Market was moving.

Whaleclube is a complete scam! I invested $1700 and made 3btc. I sent 2 btw to my wallet and left the other on site. The two btc never came and the one on the site turned into .4084. I was then immediately banned from the troll box before I could say a word. I looked up the btc address I had my money in to find that my finds were sent to another address. My address on wc was 1DsvuNRZMoaMdx1bBy9P4NEF98XueDtqxR
as you can see it sent to 16VVAL6a6PS8JY4xksAa2qMyGmqqUBMWnP which seems to hold the funds of people that have been scammed since March 2018. The funds were supposed to have been sent to my new exodus btc addy 1H3XfpkDnUDHirNYN1TDFHtG7y5R94MUTz .
These people are the worst kind. They care not if they steal from the poor or rich. I will be reporting them to the authorities to hopefully have their website taken down or removed from usa dns servers.

My grandmother gave me money for my graduation. I thought it would be a good idea to buy some coin and start trading. So I picked WhaleClub cause of the reviews. Everything started pretty well. until I started to make money. All of a sudden my .25btc balance was .04 and noticed in my trade history that all my profitable trades had been changed to nonprofitable like they never existed! I've tried to contact support and have not had a reply yet. Its been 2 weeks since my first contact. Still hoping they respond.

This site is such a scam it's disgusting. The amount of money they make ripping people off is so disgusting it makes me sick. They have stolen thousands of dollars from me and millions from other users, Yet these fake reviews keep popping up. I guess it's easy to just post reviews anywhere to deceive people of what you really are. Their support doesn't ever answer you and basically states they can take your money whenever they want for almost any reason. They give the crypto space a bad name and this is why we can have crypto go on unregulated, honest working people lose hard earned money!
