The exchange is really easy to use and a no brainer. The only problem I had was entering a trade in my Demo account I went short in LTC/USD the market was at 78.20 and the trade entered my entry at 76.35. That's a automatic loss just starting off. So if it will do that in a demo account it will do it in real time....not worth taking a change. No more Whale for me.

139 emails to support 15 days later. No replies. No resolutions. This is what happens when you have been scammed. They have all the power by just simply not answering you. I experienced a technical error in a large sum over $5,000.00 USD. They know it yet if they were so innocent wouldn’t you reply to the customer ? This place is a disaster if you have a problem and worse part is it’s real money. The kind my kids me my family need to live. Not money to just donate to scumbags !

This guy posting 1 star reviews is a joke. His name is CryptoMillo. He contacted me in private and claimed to have lost thousands of dollars, and claims to be a multi millionaire. He was around in the Whaleclub chat and lost $25, and got banned, now he is squealing like a little pig.

Came to WC For 3 years all was well until I experienced problems with the site. Trades wouldn’t close and there’s Always someone in chat that calls me a noob when I say it. I ask support for help and never seem to get a straight answer

Sent money to my whale club address. It didn’t show up so far with 200 confirmations. Write support they reply my address shows no deposits. They changed my address behind the scenes after I made the deposit and are trying to tell me I never sent the deposit. This place is a complete scam at any angle they can. TBC

Bucketshop scam.All these 5 star reviews are fake as hell, staff is unresponsive, and simply read the T.O.S and sew how ridiculous the rights they reserve are. Changing financing rates (which are high and hourly, unheard of) at any time? Denying withdraws at any time? (They denied my withdraw after they banned me from the chat, twice) complete ownership of funds once deposited? FUCK this place

Id like to clarify this is based solely on my personal experience and my intention is to help people that are new to the cryptocurrency trading environment providing an unbiased and objective review My experience with Whaleclub was not good Terrible to be honest. Here are some of the problems I had The platform did not worked properly although I believe they’re working on it most of the basic tools features are not available or do not work as intended charts cannot be saved that’s a big issue and no support responses.
If these were the only issues it would not be a big deal, however a tricky thing shady perhaps made me lose money I've lost a good amount of my account value due to to say ate least abusive fees on ETH USD market On the fees page there's a misleading information stating 05 percent financing rate is applied daily On a separate page there are the actual financing percentages which for cryptocurrencies are 320 times higher than what is advertised
Of course all information is there and the exchange is free to charge whatever they want but I don't see how this could be profitable for any trader even day traders Anyway there are several good trustworthy exchanges that are much more honest and clear about their fees so avoid this kind of situation and stick with the most popular ones it’s safer believe me

I was also around the site when Brady was there. I was also banned from the chat for speaking out against the site in chat. Whenever I had a good night of trading they would always would refuse to send me my entire withdrawal. BEWARE. This site is incredibly dangerous if you like your money.

I'm updating my previous 2 star review to 1 star. After posting my review, I read some other reviews, did some research, and had a realization!People lose their money so quickly because Whaleclub charges "financing" at the top of every hour. EVERY hour. And here's a quote from their FAQ: "Financing applies on your full position size, including positions opened at 1x leverage." So you are charged financing charges even if you don't borrow money to get a higher leverage. Go to their homepage + /fees
This explains why some people said they put in a trade for several hours, and even made a profit, but still lost their money. It was taken away because of finance charges! And look at the following market chart, you'll see that BTC financing is 9%. That's 9% every hour, people, to trade BTC. Go to their homepage + /markets
I'm convinced. Whaleclub is a dangerous scam, with a beautiful beautiful design and attractive features. I was almost taken in. Thank goodness I didn't trade with them, and thank goodness I read some of the bad reviews here.
I personally have not had a bad experience with them. I have only used the "demo" account feature, and I never deposited real money. I personally cannot corroborate claims that Whaleclub took people's money and froze their accounts. But take a look at their legal agreement ... it says they can do it if they want to! Wow, that's crazy. Go to their homepage + /legal/user-agreement
Last thing: I didn't know until just now, reading the legal agreement, that residents of the United States can NOT use the platform. I had no idea.

Very simple speaking of TRY let’s tell the truth here. The other day the Turks released reserve money to combat the beating the USD was giving it. It was atthe time a closed secret meeting. At the time they released the funds into the market, The Lydia took control by over 1000%. At this time users on this site who had shorts out were making a killing. 300%,400% even saw a 1065% profit trade being shared in chat. Guess who’s trade that was ? MINE !! I split 80/20 and closed the 80%. Then all of a sudden the TRY market was closed on the platform about 3 minutes go by and its open but at this time the price had rocketed back up for some traders caused a instant liquidation upon opening. My 1000% trade had went down to 200% then 10 minutes later it closed again. This repeated 8 more times and each time for a different time frame. My 20% spilt by this time was liquidated also. So what was happening for anyone not understanding is any huge profits from traders on TRY at this time whaleclub was lossing BIG MONEY, More over they had to be able to cover some of these losses. In order to do this they would close and open the market in order to force liquidate non closed profitable trades. Including mine. So what happened to my 800% profit one I was able to close ? Well simple I went to take it out after getting nervous my profits weren’t gonna be paid, and I made a withdraw of 3btc. It went into pending and I get a confirmation email. Now I know they don’t do instant withdraws there it’s a 24 hour manual approval policy which is further proof this place is not liquid. Anyway 24 hours passes and nothing to my cold storage address yet. I log in and my balance is .7 BTC the exact amount I started with !! So I go to look at my trade history and it’s been removed well it wasn’t listed anymore. It’s like it never happened. I’ve sent support a ticket last week and am awaiting a reply. I highly recommend staying away from this exchange pretty much all the negative reviews you read are actually true because if you go into their chat which is public you’ll see people complaining then all of a sudden they are gone. The place is a huge scam factory and they hide it so well ! I don’t know what to do

It’s funny how on all these reviews someone comes and says the negative ones aren’t true and puts 5 stars as their review. Most people don’t give a negative review unless something negative happens to them. People are generally and naturally happy. I’mGiving 1 star because of their fees which is worse then loan sharking and I’ve seen what goes on in chat there. As a believer in people and greed. I believe all the reviews
