starstarstarstarstar The 1 star review here is hilarious. All you need to do is just drop in to the Whaleclub chat room and talk to people and ask around everyone there who's been trading about the service, they will all tell the truth, which is it's 100% legit, trading works as expected and customer support is top-notch.
This Braden guy stories are hilarious. I mean this entire review site is hilarious, look at what people say on the Coinbase page, they invent shit like "Coinbase are thieves" and they take money from everyone. Same on Binance page, which is a crypto exchange backed by $50M venture funding, with top talent - you go on their review page and see invented stories about BS, scam, fraud, etc. Total BS.
Same thing happening to Whaleclub and many other legit and growing Bitcoin companies, in my opinion. It's as if it is a concerted government effort to bring down and slander and write shitty reviews about good Bitcoin services. They are being attacked on all sides. Coinbase meanwhile added like 100K users in one day, then you read the reviews online by "crypto community" people, and you see invented BS stories about "theft" and fraud and BS. It's unbelievable.
None of the "scam" reviews can be trusted, think about it how can a business *survive* for years (Coinbase, Binance, Whaleclub, etc.) and serve customers for years and idiots online are saying"scam". Take a hike. Thank God for these services, and others in the future, they are growing crypto.

starstarstarstarstar Whatever you are bringing up is either not me or you making up a story and working for the company trying to keep your reputation up with lies. My issue as-reported has nothing to do with what you are talking about and I have posted tons of screenshots proving without a doubt that my claims are valid.
(Not to mention I was not active on any bitcoin trading website when BTC was anywhere near $7,800 so that absolutely wasn't me anyway). Also, my screen name is not "Braden" on there so that further shows that you are making things up. Especially when you add on top of all that "Braden" is an extremely rare name (one that I have seen maybe twice in my life outside of my own use of it).
To update, I am waiting support at this time and will absolutely update if they honor their agreement and show they aren't a scam. In the meantime, by reading the post on bitcoin talk https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2393215.0 you can find tons of screenshots and proof that every claim made is absolutely true regardless of what anyone attempts to comment and say.

The post shows proof that they did indeed steal 107 DASH that I had earned through normal trading without any cheating what-so-ever from my account and tried to cover it up by deleting trades (which I caught in the screenshots as proof).
On top of that, I have no less than 6 people whom were active at the time who I am in contact with as we speak.
This is clearly either people making money by the referral system of WC which pays 50% of all fees (losses for the most part) to people that refer you to WC. Some of these guys are making hundreds of thousands of dollars a month to get you to sign up and pay fees.
They are obviously being so insulting of someone who is currently the victim of a scam so that they can continue profiting from the referrals.
Either way, I do hope the Whaleclub Team will make things right and show that it truly has just been a misunderstanding. At this time I rate WC one star due to the theft. I will absolutely post another review once this situation is handled which will take everything into account that has occurred.
In the meantime, I do urge anyone that is considering using Whaleclub for any kind of trading to read my post on bitcoin talk carefully and review any/all screenshots. Ignore any comments that make any claims that I am being untruthful. Let my evidence and timeline speak for itself.
You do not want to be in a situation like mine where you go from having an amazing night celebrating with your friends and family to having that stolen from you unrightfully. It is not worth the risk and there are platforms that do not have a reputation for doing this to their users.
I look forward to concluding this horrendous experience and can only hope at this point that WC Support will honor everything and make things right. Since I did nothing wrong and nothing against any Terms of Service, I currently do have all the faith they will come through.
Until then... I have had 107 DASH stolen by this company from my account and clear attempts to cover up that removal so I would have no way of proving it. Luckily I have all the screenshots and evidence and people to prove my story.

Thank you for reading this lengthy post. I know it was a bit repetitive.
Please feel free to message me on bitcoin talk and I will be happy to answer any specific questions about the situation and any updates (although they should be listed on the post).

starstarstarstarstar The Braden guy is a made up story about "losing 3K" on Whaleclub. He was in the Whaleclub chat a couple of days ago (if it is the same Braden) and he went long at $7800 on BTCUSD in front of everyone before price crashed 20%. He got liquidated big time because he used all his leverage. Give me a break.
That's what I don't like about these open, no verification online review sites. The guy literally made up a story and posted it and now some people who land on this page who are just starting to trade may read his fantasy tale and believe it.

starstarstarstarstar Just posting this to say never had an issue on Whaleclub and been trading for a while. Customer support is impressive. Not sure what the 1 star review are. Either made up stories or competitor exchanges.

starstarstarstarstar For more updates on this situation you can follow the forum post where I am updating everything. I will say that Whaleclub, although their fees are definitely high and EXTREMELY hidden from users ("no hidden fees" my ass) (they also change randomly in the middle of the fee period), the platform itself makes up for it in other ways.
However, that doesn't matter at all when you then consider the fact that if you earn any real profit on the website they will instantly ban you and take all your money away from you.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I am not a competitor so if they try to claim that on this like they have with others - take a look at my forum post and view the many screenshots that are tagged with times, etc and you will know that it is not true.
I have deposited and lost $7,000+- before now so the earnings of the $49,000 (the new value of the DASH that I had that was taken from me) was a godsend for me... until it wasn't
I have a LITTLE faith their support team will make right with me and fix this terrible behavior. My forum post will reflect if they do. Thus far they have simply said they can't do anything about it even though I actually broke zero rules and have read every word on every page at this point.

starstarstarstarstar $46,000 STOLEN FROM ME - WHALECLUB IS A SCAM! BEWARE!
I recently traded on the site and amassed a balance of roughly 107 DASH. Which at the time of writing this is $46,000.
When I tried to withdraw the money I was instantly banned and my balance set to $0. Their customer support reply was that they don't allow "abusive trading". Since I did nothing but trade normally at a time when the price of Bitcoin was plummeting, this can only come to mean they "dont allow you to make money"
STAY AWAY!
My Balance at $37,000 (107 DASH now worth $46,000) right when i first got banned from chatting - https://www.dropbox.com/s/0sbgb7u8wydxiwf/Screenshot%202017-11-12%2002.41.16.png?dl=0
or 107 DASH

My balance suddenly becoming negative and all my money stolen from me:

starstarstarstarstar ** I'd like to clarify this is based solely on my personal experience, and my intention is to help people that are new to the cryptocurrency trading environment providing an unbiased and objective review.
My experience with Whaleclub.co was not good. Terrible to be honest. Here are some of the problems I had: The platform did not worked properly (although I believe they’re working on it); most of the basic tools/features are not available or do not work as intended; charts cannot be saved (that’s a big issue) and no support responses.
If these were the only issues it would not be a big deal, however a tricky thing (shady perhaps) made me lose money. I've lost 32% of my account value due to - to say ate least - abusive fees on ETH/USD market. On the fees page there's a misleading information stating 0.05% financing rate is applied daily. On a separate page there are the actual financing percentages (which for cryptocurrencies are 320x higher than what is "advertised”).
Of course all information is there and the exchange is free to charge whatever they want, but I don't see how this could be profitable for any trader, even day traders. Anyway there are several good, trustworthy exchanges that are much more honest and clear about their fees, so avoid this kind of situation and stick with the most popular ones (it’s safer, believe me).

starstarstarstarstar I made three trades over a week. Two were a short position and one was a long. I lost two and won one. The total amount loss was $121 (-$197, +$220 and -$144). Of these three small trades they ended up charging me $994 in fees!!! They really screwed me but I can't say sh*t because they state all this in the fine print, 8% holding fee for a margin account per 24 hour period, and my short position was open for three days. How the hell is this company still in business!!??

starstarstarstarstar Bucketshop scam.
All these 5 star reviews are fake as hell, staff is unresponsive, and simply read the T.O.S and sew how ridiculous the rights they reserve are. Changing financing rates (which are high and hourly, unheard of) at any time? Denying withdraws at any time? (They denied my withdraw after they banned me from the chat, twice) complete ownership of funds once deposited? FUCK this place

starstarstarstarstar Total scam :
Positions were in the good direction, and they take everything as SWAP also called "Financing"
https://whaleclub.co/fees
The fees of financing are extremly high and they take everything you put if it is more than few hours.
Impossible to keep a position with that fees, they take EVERYTHING you win, really.
AVOID whaleclub, just, do not trade here.
Have a look on Bittrex or others, this one is a scam. Not joking.
