I actually disagree with the review posted above. The site, while plain, was exactly what I was looking for. It is quite simply a no-nonsense methodology to certify oneself in physical training. It is only a scam if you abuse the information and fail to train individuals at their appropriate level. I was very happy with this certification, and more importantly, my clients are happy with their results as well.

The guy that runs this organization scammed me out of 300 dollars for his program back in 2001 with a crappy ebook that was so poorly written that a middle school kid could have put it together. I contacted his "Advisory Board" and most of them didn't even know they were on it or even knew the guy...who is Dr Frank S Sheffield and I wonder about the "Doctor Part".Avoid this like the plaque and go with a reputable group like ACE, ISSA, or a college program.....I wish someone warned me sooner about him
