Great service at good prices. Support is very fast and reliable. cPanel is very easy to operate with very helpful features like softaculous. Installed wordpress in just minutes with minimum effort. All in all service is very satisfying in every feature

Can confirm thcservers had a lot of issues with one server - live chat informed me. But now it seems good. Up to 3 years with them and we're good :) Appreciate your support and how you work to solve issues. I'll be honest, I've seen much much worse. ..P.S. I have seen the review below. thcservers is a hosting company, not a crypto trading company lol

In my opinion, the support is a key aspect when it comes to use a great hosting service. They need to have lower wait time for support staffs to answer your questions and rectify issues quickly. To me, you need to have indubitable 24/7 support system that includes live chat and THCServers succeeds very well in this area. As first step, I submitted a ticket to the support team asking various questions on the services they provide and they responded back within 10 minutes. In most cases, other companies reply back within a couple of hours.They were extremely patient and pleasant with me and all of my random questions I asked.
So far, I haven't experienced any downtime with the hosting account. The Control Panel is user-friendly and easy to navigate around. Features, benefits and perks that are very affordable.
So, if you're looking for a great hosting service with prestigeous support system and affordable price, looking no further than THCServers. I guarantee you, you won't be upset.

Any one having issues with a service might want to look at any 3rd party you are using or yourself. I have been a customer for over 2 years and won't take my business anywhere else. Bitcoin is full of scammers. (thirdparty))

THCServers has been a dream-like experience to me. I have been using it for a 2 years now and not once has it left me disappointed in all this time. Being honest, I have hardly come up with a situation where I needed the aid of their support team but in the rare occasions where I did need them, they were quick to respond and it always was a pleasure to contact them. Their cPanel is a highlight. It is easily understandable i.e. very user friendly and full of features ( website builder, wordpress. softaculous ). It would be a joy for beginners and bloggers, I’m very sure.A high recommendation from my side to THCServers!

Almost 2 years since I've been with THCServers. Had no problem with them !! no downtime, easy to use cPanel with lots of programs you can install in 2 clicks and if you get stuck you can always talk to their support on live chat or ticket system . BEWARE !!DO NOT BUY THEIR HOSTING !!
They are nothing but a scam. I will narrate what happened briefly.
I signed up for an account with them after seeing an offer, and have been a regular customer since 6 months.
Suddenly one day I received an email saying my account is suspended with reason "site is serving up redirection links to spam or malware".
I am a web developer and I use the hosting only for hosting my own site and client sites which I make. I have been using hostgator and bluehost since several years, NEVER had problems with them.
So I contacted them to find out why. They are just saying we got email from some spam site that my hosting is generating SPAM. And then they ask me to send me my legal documents, ID proof and address proof for verification for ICANN. ICANN ??? ICANN is used in domain registration and not hosting. I told the support staff this, and he is lost, he then changes his sentence and says we need that to verify that you didnt use a fake name and address.
I was like WHAT? I have an account with your for 6 months, you didn't bother about my name and address, and now you are bothering about it. And if they really required these verification, why after 6 months ?? Why not after Sign up ?? Now they have my files and everything and harassing me to send documents or they won't reactivate my account at all.
I am asking them to send me the backup of my files. They are not even sending that. Instead they are saying to me, do whatever you want and acting very rude in the chat. Here is the proof of their chat.

I have been with THCServers since January and I must say that I am very pleased with their services. Never had any downtime and the support is always there either on the chat system or the ticket system. They helped me install a few scripts and themes that i did not manage to do it by myself. And if you want you can use their free programs from the cPanel ( all programs are easy to install ,,, 2 clicks install on most of them ) Thank you and Keep it up guys !

I was tired of those free hosts and was looking for a good paid host then i found THC, first i thought that it was an ordinary host but when I tried it, I found that I was wrong. This is the best hosting option for our business. We used Softaculous to install Wordpress (just 2 clicks. LITERALLY!) and we can change the PHP version from our cpanel account. Support is outstanding and never had anything to complain about. In fact, the reason we are posting this review is because the support team has been so nice and always helped up - even though not all our problems were hosting related. I have been using THCServers for a year now.They are very responsive on their instant chat. I have used live chat in peak times or weekend and they are always available and very helpful. If they don't know the answer immediately, they research and find out quickly.
Their cpanel is clean and easy to use. It is a good hosting for newbies to the webhosting world.
Value of price is very good. It is unlimited for disk space/bandwidth. Also, unlimited multiple sites are included in their last hosting package.
