First, I wanted to exchange BTC for ZEC to transfer them to my physical ledger. This is the type of service they offer. It seems like an easy transaction but it didn't work the way they said. The transaction took around 2 hours! I was eating my fingernails and became anxious of waiting and waiting for the freaking exchange bottom to move from received (BTC) to transaction completed. However, I was testing their service and I gave them a second opportunity. I thought the system was congested or things happened that way because it was my first time.
Second time i used their service, it worked fine and I received my ZEC in about 10min. Good!
Third experience: This is when I almost had a nervous breakdown. I did the same transaction but with a larger amount of BTC. They received my BTC and it was confirmed. After that, I waited almost 5 hours to for the exchange transation to be completed. At the end of all that wait, guess what? the transaction failed. I asked to myself : Where is my BTC? Who are these people? Where are they located? I stop for a moment to calm down and I fill out one of their customer service ticket. I explaining the issues including the order #. They get back to me in about one hour. They said it was a mistake on their part and would like to get a BTC refund account. I responded to their email with the info requested. I didn't hear from them until next day, after i emailed them with the same information a few times. I even opened another ticket including the previous information. They responded two hour after with an apology and explained they were very congested and my BTC was already refunded. PHEW!!! They refunded the exact BTC amount. BUT, I lost money because the opportunity to buy my ZEC at the price I wanted was gone after one day. This is volatile market for the name of GOD! you can not manage this type of business and take a day to get things done. They took one freaking day to get back to me and refund my BTC. Really? and I felt anxious all that time. How am I going to recommend them or use them again? NEVER!!! Hope they work had to make customer feel their business is safe.
The only reason I am giving them 2 starts is because it worked one time as i expected and they returned my BTC. I have not traded with other type of coins so it may work better that ZEC. I am not going to try that for sure. Good luck.

They put it down as an "intermittent error" and refunded the coins on the first occasion and the second is still before support and i'm assuming will get refunded also but time is money in this game and it has cost me significantly as well as having the stress of thousands of dollars disappear for a couple of days,
Not good enough, sort your shit out.

First Trade: I made a trade of 0.1 bitcoins for DGD tokens. The trade said it completed but I never received the tokens. I emailed support and they had a lot of problems sending the tokens (they kept saying they attempted to send them but it came back with an error). They finally got the transfer to go through 2 days later. They told me that this was caused by an intermittent error and led me to believe this type of error wouldn't happen again if I did such a trade in the future. But based on my second experience, that was just wishful thinking.
Second Trade: I attempted to trade 30 ether for DGD tokens. A few minutes after sending the 30 ether, I got the notification that the deposit was received like normal. Then after another few minutes, I was told that the transfer failed. This is where it gets really good: I contacted support again and again was told there was an error with the trade. 3 days later they finally sent the DGD tokens, but guess what. THEY SENT THEM TO THE WRONG FUCKING ADDRESS. So as of right now, I'm just out 30 ether (currently worth about $345). Fuck man.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I've done other trades with them in the past that went smoothly. But like I said, don't trade for DGD tokens. They will screw you every time.
