Worst company with worst customer care.I request you all not to trade from pocketbits , their customer care support is worst.
My 9000 rs is blocked from past 3 months and they need to submit one application.But they are not doing just giving excuses and postponing.

i dont know why peoples calling it scam its , i worked only with zebpay and this pocketbits one huge advantage of pocketbits is they require only pan card other hand zebpay require adhhar card , pan card more over if u do some big deals last 3 years IT returns as well they ask for i sold them over 8 lakhs of bitcoins always got the payment on time

I think this site is works perfectly for new customers for a few days . After that their true colour comes out. They never respond for any of your calls and emails. I don't recommend this to any one. Seems a fraud exchange to dupe the customers. Please don't deposit any money to thisand never transact in this exchange

This is a complete scam. I have personal experience. Neither they show you correct buy or sell prices and no guarantee for your money. I have requested a refund and they say they already credited the money.

I’ve sold my bitcoins on this pocketbits three times and requested for INR withdrawal and they were very very fast in sending the money to my bank account. I sold some bitcoin this Tuesday and requested a withdrawal and that’s when all the problem started. They sent me an email saying request approved but I never got anything to my bank account. They are not responding to my calls or messages or tickets or anything at all. It is really unacceptable for them to do this. I’ve been in so much tension as the amount is significatally high. I really hope they don’t run away with my money.

You will not receive any response for any email you send them, except for an automated message
Call the number mentioned on their site and you nobody picks up the phone
Money will not be credited to your account
I wonder why they started if they don't know how to handle customers ! Looks like another Jaypee in the making.

They r fake n criminals too.. yesterday I submitted my kuch docs and bank details for verification... I got verified in 2 hours and later I got message from my bank that someone tried to access my bank account through internet banking.. pocketbits r criminals bc...

Totally fraud... There is noway through which u can contact them.. They have taken my money n not reflecting at their account. Well i am waiting sincei hv done neft. I also have proof that the money jas been credited to them but are not reflecting it at their wallet. Stucked, thinking to file an FIR against them. Cant be reached in any way.

Well if you have been trading for about 1 week on this platform you will easily realise it's a scam.What they do is let me give you a live example.
Yesterday due to coinmarketcap removing korean exchanges had a tanking effect on all price charts.
So XRP fell down international exchanges as well as Indian Exchanges but pocketbits had it at 183-185 constant whereas other sites reached till 165.
Same happened with ethereum and ltc a couple of days back.
They tend to not decrease buying price and then increase marginally.
Whole process u can not buy for lesser price and whatever you buy for these buggers mint extra cash from you.
It's just a game for them. It's best to buy here and send on international exchanges that follow standards
Binance just for example or bitfinex or hitbtc.(not advertising)

Initially I signed up in about 6 exchanges in India. Comparing pocketbits with all of them , its really great. Out of all of the exchanges in India it is the only one that supports most altcoins. Withdrawals are fast. Faster than most. I have used this site for a couple of months now. No complaints. Things they need improve are the sending fee of altcoins to another address. Neo transactions are free in binance. But here they charge .025 neo. Also pocketbits doesnt provide neo gas for holding neo. Other than that their service is great. Truly 24/7. They are still in beta . I Hope they will improve even more.
