I've use MyBTC quite a lot to buy Bitcoin (more than any other provider of BTC in Canada) and have always had good experiences. I always receive my BTC extremely quickly, regardless of how congested the the BTC network is with transactions and the customer support has always been very helpful with any questions that I have had. I have tried several sellers all with extremely inflated transaction fees that can be quite discouraging to any newcomers in crypto. With MyBTC I know I am getting the best and most reliable deal possible. I believe as the crypto market continues to grow in the coming years they will continue to dominate the Canadian BTC supplier market. I see it as a “walmart” or “costco” type seller that can provide the best prices possible through economies of scale, while concurrently providing exceptional customer service.

One of the key reasons I will only use or recommend MyBTC.ca is the ease of access to buy Bitcoin. Canadians can get BTC by simply sending an E-transfer from their bank accounts. If that seems too complicated for some people there is even easier options to use instant debit or flex e-pin vouchers (basically a prepaid gift card purchased in person at a local retail merchant). I have tried all of these methods and speak from experience when I say how it is the simplest way to get a hold of Bitcoin at any time in Canada.

what i can do now, i have one option to give 1 star rating only they showing my btc but when i try to withdrawal system saying we are under maintenance and its about 35 days done with same error and no support reply?

I think I may have lost $750 to this scam. They hold your coins for 24 hours- it says nothing of this in their terms of service. It only says this in their faq page. Actually, they seem to be holding the coins for more than 24 hours, because exactly 24 hours ago I purchased from them and I have not received anything. I have contacted support multiple times and have not received a reply.Please- do not use this site. It is a scam.

I've used MyBTC.ca for several internet purchases. Though there are some unavoidable complexities involved (verifications, etc.) it was all pretty seamless. And their customer service is truly excellent: every question I had received detailed and accurate answers... always on the same day, usually within an hour or so. Impressive.

What a great tool to use for buying Bitcoin. I have now purchased 3 flexepins.
It gets even easier the 2nd and 3rd time you use this service.
First, locate a retailer. Check with that retailer. Then go and buy a min of $100 to use for the voucher system that I used.
The coins are fast into my bitcoin wallet.

I love using MyBTC, they are fast, reliable, and they generally make my journey with crypto easier. I have tried other websites but they either took days for the transaction or I didn't get the right amount of BTC. I have used them for a couple of months and they will always be my first choice because i only waited a single day for verification and after that I only wait a few minutes to complete the transaction.

Very secure site. Easy to use website. I use cash here and purchase "Flexepin". (Easy to find merchants who sells these). On MyBTC.ca, I then simply enter the Flexepin number and the transaction is instant. I also use "Interac Online". Fast website, clear instructions, immediate number of Bitcoin generated for say $1000, and they clearly state their fee. Good book keeping page for every transaction. SMS verification, e-mail confirmation. High daily limits.

Good website to buy BTC. A couple of options to use to buy coins. Good security measures. very easy to use. Customer service is good, they will get to your concerns in a good manner. Very trustworthy place, they have always sent coins whenever I have purchased.
