These people are evil. May 20 I wired $30,000 to fund my account, It's now June 3 and still not onlyhas my account not been funded, they claim there is no record of my wire transfer. I sent them a screen shot from my bank showing their name, the amount transferred, and even a Federal reference number.
Guess what? Still not found. All the while, every time I email Kraken a new rep picks up the case, often asking for the same info all over again, and with a terrible attitude. Then they told me that the info I sent, as requested, was not in the right format and as such would be unsuccessful. "Try again."
I literally told them to go f.... themselves and will only let my bank deal with them.

I have been with Kraken for many years and I would VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EVER use their services. They are acting like a bank (which we crypto enthusiasts are trying to avoid) and will, have and can freeze your account together with your funds without warning - giving you just 24h to withdraw funds until they freeze them and keep them to themselves(?).This is a snippet from a mail I've gotten:
"We must inform you that we will be closing down your Kraken account. For security purposes, we cannot disclose the reason for this action. We apologize for this inconvenience
Please complete the following within the next 24 hours (from the time and date of this message):
1. Withdraw your remaining account balance.
2. Export all your trade and ledger history as we will be unable to provide it to you later.
Deposit services have been disabled for your account. After the 24 hours have passed, your account will be closed.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

I mean... What?!
They won't even tell me why?
I've asked numerous times to why this is happening and why I only have 24h to do my withdrawal? What if I am on holiday? What if I am sick? What if I am not at my screen or phone for 24h - they keep the money for themselves or what?
Sure, crypto is still semi-unregulated but this is just absurd to me.
In conclusion: NEVER USE KRAKEN OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES, EVER!
Just letting everyone out there know.

Totally utter shitty exchanger, laggy as fuck, you sometime need to place 10 time an order before it work, and guess what, if you open a position like this it may open it like this as much as you try.. and you'll sometime a good 10 minutes before you get notifiend and you will eventually end up with a load of loosy open positions and lose great deal of money, plus since a while they have disabled advanced orders such as stop loss... use it at your own risk

I've been buying bitcoin from Kraken for a while and everytime I anticipate a dip in the market and send a large wire to be credited the wire never goes through. I sent a wire 5 days ago and the $500 dip has already recovered. Thanks Kraken, now I'll never make money. Who knows if I'll even be credited the wire? I've sent 8 E-mails with no response. If you like your capital and work hard for it don't use this exchange they could care less about you or your money. If I could give negative stars I would.
