Wow I love this exchange. I was really struggling with all the concepts and processes, I asked their support, and they were so helpful and quick to respond. I can be a bit of a pain, but they made me feel comfortable. Just amazing - you can really tell they put the customer first. I'm not sure I have had a support experience like this from any company!

Took a while to get verified but I guess I'd rather an exchange that vets their customers than one that just lets everyone in. Once in the exchange is really good. Clean interface, excellent support. Highly recommend!

I have used most Australian exchanges and Independent Reserve is my favorite exchange to buy and sell Bitcoin and Ethereum in Australia. Great customer service, their support is best in the industry, fantastic user interface, very easy to use, fast and great liquidity. Has been my go-to place for trading cryptocurrencies. They also do AUD, USD, and NZD. The website works flawlessly, always next day fiat withdrawals and deposits, much faster than any other exchange.

Been using these guys for several months. Never had a problem. Their support team is always on the ball and the platform appears rock solid. This is the best Bitcoin exchange in Australia by a long way.

There 'stop limit buy' does not work. All the active orders I had did not trigger. Allso the live orders where not in the 'order book'. That is a pure scam. When I enquired they told me a lie. My screen shot proves this. So I withdrew all my money at once. I've had no problem with money going in and out with these operators.

A very dodgy operator! This operator cannot be trusted - don't be fooled by their glossy website and all these good reviews here. They wasted so much of my time going through their lengthy online signup only over a week later their website continually blocked me from logging in to my account. When I contacted their support to ask for clarification, they gave me all kind of excuses. I let your suspicion make up your own mind, but I highly suspect all the good reviews here are fake and written by them. STAY AWAY from this dodgy operator!!!

I first started using Independent about 9 months ago. The ID verification was fast. I suspect now they are having a huge amount of signups which has slowed down the time and made people upset. Ive never needed support so not sure what that is like. Again I suspect its slow because of the huge amount of new signups.
Ive only had good experiences and use IR for my Bitcoin purchases.
They are normally one of the cheapest in australia which you can check at a site called bitcoinreviews.
They only offer BTC, ETH and BCASH so not a great selection. To buy altcoins ill buy eth here and send to binance or whichever crypto- crypto exchange I want.

Totally dishonest. Stole $25 from me through "hidden" fees they have no control over, listed nowhere on their website. Their "support" refuses to refund. Basically these guys cannot be trusted - fees can be anywhere from $20 to 100% of your deposit and they simply don't care.

Keep away at all costs they are dodgy bunch. I can’t believe how many fake reviews they have here.
This company doesn’t even have a telephone number!
No one at the stated address it’s one of those phoney shared offices.
This company is not what it makes out to be.
I’ve had an account with them for a long time and they don’t honour when you buy cheap if there is a sudden movement in the price of bitcoin.
I have been told they internally trade and make money off your own trades but if the trade goes south they tell you “successful order”
When I have reached out to them they just say “technical error” seems like they using our money to trade the market.
Keep away at all costs I’ve lost so much money with this dodgy bunch.

The support team at Independent Reserve is one of the best that I've dealt with.Always respond to my support tickets in a timely matter, and are able to make changes quickly which is greatly appreciated.
Their fees are fair and really become advantageous once you start trading more volume.

I can never get into my account when I need to. Anytime there's rapid movement in the market I get told my credentials are invalid when attempting to log on. There is no support contact number. Nothing you can do but watch $1000s group in smoke. VERY unhappy with them.

preferred than localbitcoin and poloniex. Price of bitcoins on those platforms are so dear. This is a great platform to buy bitcoin and ether with AUD, USD and NZD. Fast, secure validation and excellent tech support.
