Would love it if this exchange develop a mobile app and adds more choices of Crypto currency to their list e.g ada. I have only just started and it has been good so far. I choose it because they are able to provide tax reports for convenient when I lodge my tac return.

It has taken more than 7 hours for my BTC purchase to reach my nominated wallet - it was not until I was able to contact them after 6 hours that I as told they wanted to be sure I was not being scammed - why it took 6 hours when they could have called me immediately, I do not knowThat being said, they still have not forwarded the BTC to my wallet

I would give Independent Reserve negative stars if I could. I started out as a newbie trading crypto yet with TradingView experience on index funds (So I can see real time position figures). I quickly realized that Independent Reserve does not give yo accurate buy and sell spreads, while the market sell value is lower the share trade value. This is their cut! Not so sure about the 0.05% fees, more like 10.00% fees. I have existed all my positions with Independent Reserve and strongly urge you not to use this fake trading platform. It's a SCAM and only makes them money.

I am on a dozen different exchanges with 200k spread across. I keep next to nothing on this dodgy exchange. Each withdrawal charges you insane amounts. To withdraw Synthetix they charge a flat fee of over $100 regardless of how much you own. The market price is well below the actual market price. Buying and selling absolutely gouges you around 10% in hiden fees despite advertising 0.5%. What do you get for these insane fees? Approximately 6 hour minimum withdrawal times. Every time they make some excuse why this has occurred like blaming it on the blockchain. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times. No more. I'll be withdrawing my small amount and telling my family to switch their use of this exchange. I had initially chosen it for the "good reviews". These reviews are clearly fake and manufactured by the company themselves. No one in their right mind would give them above 1 star. Use Coinspot if you want a decent Aussie site on go to Binance if you are more serious.

Been buying crypto through these guys for years. Great platform, super helpful, incredibly professional team. This Aussie biz is making crypto mainstream with features like the KPMG tax report, Bloomberg price streaming, the insurance etc. No wonder they are winning all the awards. Highly recommend.

Have found Independent Reserve easier and more practical in use compared to other exchanges. Also feels like has a lot more integrity, seem to go the extra length to ensure security.

Great customer service. My Bitcoin trading is done with fast order execution, low spreads, access to high liquidity orderbook with no major glitches over the few years I have been trading. Highly recommended.

I have been with Independent Reserve for a few years now. Recently signed up as a premium account user as well. I think they are the only exchange in aus to offer insurance which is pretty convenient.
