If I could rate them a zero star I would, they are an absolute SCAM. They are not 15 mins. They are 8hrs from my experience as a new user. Slow response from support, didn't notify why my video verification upload didn't work, took hours on support with slow replies. Plus, I had to try my credit card multiple times and in doing so, the price I thought I had original secured had changed drastically, costing me another 40% so in the end, I got bitcoin slower than any other service, and at twice the cost. What a shitty lesson learned, at least you can only waste $100 with them as a first time user. NEVER WOULD I USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. Horrific.

Easy to deposit. Impossible to withdraw. I requested a withdraw of all my money 3 weeks ago and are still waiting for a response from support. They money has been deducted from my account, but I never received it. These thieves stole $152 from me!Also their server of often offline and it is usual to get "Internal Server Error 500" often from their server. This is obviously not a stable exchange.

No idea why everyone saying this is a scam. i recharged with 15$ first time which they deducted 5$ from then 50$ 2nd time and they deducted 2$till noow , this is showing as a god website, and they have 3d secure service so should be trust worthy

Was told that I would have a 3 digit code in the bank statement and that would be used to verify the purchase and give me my bitcoins. The 3 digit number was never there so I tried to log back into the account and the site now says the email was never even registered. Total scam, don't do it.

They promised that I'd have my bitcoin in 15 minutes. Took my money, haven't seen bitcoin yet and it's been 24 hours. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

This is 100% a scam, the rate of bitcoin is currently 755 and they say their platform is 1024. I bought $35 worth of bitcoin, even at that rate, that should have been .034 coins but they only credited me .020 so stay away from these scoundrels.
