I'd say it is a good exchange. They have some problems like temporarily shut down withdrawals due to maintenance, but the admins are always in toolbox, so you can ask them away almost any time.

I have learned from an insider that hitbtc is facing very tough time with Hong Kong police and serious investigations are ongoing, I strongly believe that they will taken down very soon, I feel sorry for all of those got their money trapped in this scam exchange.

Justin, rise a ticket, contact Hong Kong Cyber crime department and file a claim, and as soon as Shitbtc respond to you, reply to them from your email and make sure to CC Hong Kong Cyber crime department at [email protected], my funds got released the following day and I strongly encourage every victim to do the same thing. I did a trade of ETH to KIN. Just £10 worth. I then tried to move KIN to another wallet and couldn't because the charge to do was was greater that £10. Really ?I then sold my KIN back to ETH with the intention of moving ETH to another Exchange. I couldn't because (wait for it),,,for security reasons, I have to wait 48 hours. Why ?
I then raise a support ticket. I get a reply that my ticket could take 48 hours to get a response.
For those of you that wish to trade in the thousands. Or even in the millions. Go elsewhere because they might as well not exist as an Exchange. What an absolute joke!!!

ees are nothing when you can make money there. HitBTC is a real exchange, that takes care of your money. It’s also OK to just store your coins there and not worry about them. Almost as safe as crypto wallet.
