Looks like someone has the access to your account, and we are terribly sorry to hear that.
This is the worst experience one could have, because it is not possible to return your money as now they’re part of the blockchain.
We have held the investigation with the recent hacking attacks. Judging by the facts that we found, we came to the conclusion that before the attack, all the victims were on a phishing site which was used to steal the email addresses and passwords in order to gain access to HitBTC accounts.

Same thing happened to me. Sorry this happened others. Looks like they were hacked and not telling customers. I never went to site they said I went to. They sent me an email about login but funds were gone before they sent. Now won't help at all!!! Say my money is part of the blockchsin. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whole account wiped out. Auto-generated response from them says it my fault, can't help me. Uhh, there's an IP address that the login came from and a withdrawal address on file. Could you take a look before you respond?????Seems like a scam to take customer funds. Maybe going bankrupt????

September 19, 2017 I had my entire account liquidated and withdrawn in minutes. Sent a note to support and got back a form letter just minutes later saying they investigated the hacked accounts and they had all visited a phishing site called hiitbtc.com. Really? How would they know that? Because I only had my account a few weeks, never had a problem logging in, had nothing in my history of visiting this site, and couldn't even do so when I tried after receiving their email because my company's security blocked the site. Hitbtc's form letter confirmed they had hacked accounts due to this site, but they never sent any information out before or after the hacks letting customers know that accounts have been hacked and passwords should be changed. I have five other accounts and basic security protections offered by all of the others would never have allowed this to happen.
NEVER USE THIS SITE. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHERS THAT MAKE A MUCH GREATER EFFORT TO PROTECT YOUR FUNDS. TO THOSE THAT TRY TO SAY ITS USER STUPIDITY, NICE TRY. I EASILY NAVIGATE THROUGH ACCOUNTS WITH FIVE DIFFERENT EXCHANGES. HITBTC'S SECURITY AND SUPPORT IS BY FAR THE WORST.

I'd give negative stars if I could! While this website worked well for me for a good 4 months, what has happened recently is nothing short of absolutely unacceptable. I am being blocked from logging in! When I attempt to login with a verification code, I get a notification that my code is expired and to please reach out to support. Upon emailing support, I received a response that I needed to "prove" that my account was my account, and to please provide the last transaction information. I do so, and that was the last I heard from them. I've emailed numerous times, have gotten notifications that the customer service agents are merging my tickets into one case, however, zero response. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMY WEBSITE!

I always trying I little amount for the first time on every exchange I first cash out 40 dollar on etherium on hitbtc this amount never arrive, I knew I don't wanna losse my money so I cash out on other currency nxt they sended all the nxt... I only lost 40!!!!!!p.s Cash on nxt or other currency that is less popular

I am testing several platform in this period and except very few (3 so far )they ALL have weird "behaviors":Let's speak about HitBTC.
Note: tested with 200$
Deposit and withdrawal worked for good.
The main problem is that almost ALL you see in the book is fake above all in the smallest coins.
One example for all BCN/BTC you can check it here https://hitbtc.com/exchange/BCN-to-BTC.
I arrived on BCN on HitBTC cause I've noticed that this coin has got triple volume that on Poloniex.
When I took a look at the book for the 1st time I noticed that the 1st level of the books are filled with micro orders something like 0.15 cents max 1.5$ (value at the time being).
So with my 20 years of trading experience I asked myself how they can boast to trade 1.8M$ per day with this ridiculous book? So I started to check deeply.
And what I have found out? Simply! when the spread it's higher and when a certain time is elapsed they will compare in the trade history prices that you have never seen land on the book.
You can think "of course the orders match and everything is so fast that they go directly in the trade history and not on the market book".
I could even agree but what are the odds that even the trade's volume match perfectly?
Just imagine a book with 0.0000003960 BID and 0.0000003990 ASK I understand that 2 traders (1 buyer and 1 seller) in the same moment have the idea to place an order in the mid (0.0000003975), but this order is even the same size cause after the "huge" match you cannot find any residue at 0.0000003975; if the buyer place 10000$ of value and the seller 8500$ you would expect to find 1500$ on the book as 1st level of bid at least for 1 second cause the 1500$ hasn't been filled.
Just take a look yourself to understand for good: tiny orders present on the book and ALL (and when I say ALL trust me I mean ALL) the bigger matches happen in the way I described above.
So at the end of the day the volume is x3 the one you can find real (in my opinion) on Poloniex.
In normal regulated markets (NYSE, CME, NASDAQ) this quick matches can happen as well when 2 traders (mainly banks) agree for a common price/quantity on a stock with large spread and they place the trade at the same time (you don't see them but they are filled), but usually, I'd say always, they follow this procedure out of the market (blocks); and trust me that cannot be the case of BCN not for every "huge" trade, except you don't think that some currency like BCN on HitBTC is used ONLY as laundry.
I am not going to check all the books to understand if for the small coins the use the same trick, for me it's enough.
If for you it's not relevant to know that your exchange is quoting real prices/volumes, cause you just care that the money you put on your horse will grow, you can even trade on HitBTC but I would consider even other people experience with money locked or deposited late/never (I had this problem with Livecoin and I waited 4 days, spoiling my trade, before to get my money on the deposit and zero reply from the assistance).
General conclusion: most of what you see in the crypto-exchanges/markets is artificial as the coins are.
I could write hours about all the anomalies I've found in almost all the exchange markets but mainly remember you are just betting on something as no value hoping it will be x50 allowing you to run out before the game is over.

The ones, who suffered from fraudelent actions of HitBTC - it's possible and we should get their attention and either return money or stop this dishonest business.
There is many ways and organisations which will facilitate in this goal: filing fraud reports to support of resources where HitBTC hosted (Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc..), their ISP, Federal Trade Commission, Internet Crime Complaint Center.

I made an ETH deposit to my wallet, and even though it was on the blockchain immediately, even after 1 month it does not appear on my account and i cannot trade it, it's basically stuck.Their customer support is also very lacking. They only know how to say they mark your request with high priority, and then never get back to you for weeks.
Worst experience i had with a trading platform.
