JUST A SHABBY SCAM - November 8, 2017
On 2017-10-23, 10:00 the support answered me after 3 long month, and now I'm waiting again another 16 days.
Not even one star...Nothing, except SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

They always send you a standard e-mail reply without answering your questions.
Tried to get my account verified for a few months now, I've sent al of my personal information and they just tell you to wait but nothing ever happens.

You cannot trade all your coins, your trading is limited so a few decimals, and all the advanced coins? you have to wait until you get again enough.
The withdrawal fees are like INSANE. A Dash transaction costs around 0,05 $, well to witdraw my dash from their scammy exchange they ask for 8,50$, like WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS EXCHANGE?
It still bugs my mind that coins get listed there.
HitBTC is a SCAM - November 3, 2017
$44,700 STOLEN.
**UPDATE 3rd NOV 2017**
**HitBTC being served with subpoena's**
This will be my last update. HitBTC has completely scammed me, they reply publicly and pretend to be resolving the issue, or say it's resolved or to check the ticket, it's a lie. They use any mistake you make, a trading one, an account profile one to steal your funds, they stole $130K USD from someone else, I have in excess of 40 messages on my Reddit account of victims from HitBTC.
I can no longer further comment my lawyers are commencing legal action on Monday against the known serviced addresses, and shell company addresses, in an attempt to get the real owners behind the operation. We are also applying to a judge to have their bank account frozen, we believe their bank should hold KYC information on the actual owners - not fake nominee directors, that is the hope.
Once we have this information my lawyers will be perusing arrest warrants for all the directors it doesn't matter where they are in the world HK, or DK, where-ever they are my lawyers have offices and I am perusing this, client account funded.
**If you are thinking about using HitBTC, don't you will loose your money**, just do a quick Google search, they skim money on the side if you use the API, or outright steal from you should you loose your 2FA, email address, or anything else. AVOID THEM. No registered address, and serviced addresses with no license to operate, WHOIS hidden on their domain. They are complete scam, yes they may list tokens first, but don't get lured in use a trustworthy exchange I have lost $44,700 as a result of this, they reply to tickets, and just road block you - asking for one thing after another, non stop road blocking. My money is lost, but you have a choice you don't need to loose yours too, dont use the exchange, HitBTC is a SCAM.

I provided in my original tickets, I proved I owned the wallet that funded the account - This was dismissed. I even sent a small amount.
They said the only way they would release the email withdrawal confirmation is if I provided my ID. After speaking with lawyers I decided to go ahead and just provide my ID. They then asked for a selfie with the ticket. I provided all of this.
Then they reply, saying that everything is great, apologize for taking months to reply and that they will release the e-mail withdrawal confirmation as soon as I enable 2FA as "It's a lot of money" so I enable 2FA.
Now they are asking do I have access to the wallet that funded the account originally, a DELAYING TACTIC. After promising if I send ID, enabled 2FA I could withdraw to any address.
This is after they ignored all my original tickets asking them to send to the address I always withdraw-ed too and proving ownership of the wallet that funded the account, comments which they disregarded.
I am giving /u/hitbtc until Friday before I post publicly and start an AdWords campaign publishing all the information I have on the owners, and this blatant scam to thieve from people.
HitBTC is a SCAM and they are thieves.
They disregarded my comments saying that anyone could have funded the account. They disregarded my comments asking that they withdraw to the only address I ever withdrew too They said if I provided ID they would remove the email withdrawal confirmation and I could withdraw to where-ever I provide that, weeks later they say I need to enable 2FA as it's a lot of money I enable 2FA They are now asking do I have access to the original ETH wallet, even though in my first ever ticket I proved that.
They have well and truly scammed me. I am angry, I could have paid for my grand mothers health care in the months it's taken for them to move me from goal post to goal post.
They are scammers, and thieves.
I provided what you asked for, now you are changing the goal posts.
REMOVE THE EMAIL WITHDRAWAL LOCK BEFORE FRIDAY, OR I WILL FUND A GOOGLE ADWORDS ACCOUNT WITH 50K AND START A WEBSITE AND PUBLISH ALL OF YOUR OWNERS DETAILS AS THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I DID EVERYTHING YOU ASKED FOR. YOU ARE DELAYING ME, A SCAMMERS TACIT.

I'm trying remove my 2FA from my account since I lost it. I have a ticket 35701 open for 11 days, and nothing. I already submitted all the info they needed. They don't respond to your tickets, and when they do, is always a different person, saying please have patience, we are working on your issue.....but it never get's resolved and I've already submitted my whole transaction history for verification. Other exchanges such as Poloniex, Coinbase, and Binance, resolved the same issue within the same day. And I am reading countless stories of people who lost their funds in HitBtc the same way, some have been waiting 2 months all the way up to a year. Which basically means they lost their money.
I plan to start going into every single post, youtube, twitter, facebook, and alerting everyone who uses HitBTC how much of a scam hitbtc is, I feel robbed and scammed. Where can I join a class action law suit.

Someone claims they gave him extra ETH after he made a mistake on his deposit???? They won't even remimburse your funds after their terrible security results in your funds getting stolen.
Awful. Awful. Awful!!!! Stay away!!!! this is why so many still don't trust crypto and regulators are coming after exchanges!!!
Dundeal - September 27, 2017
Hit BTC did create a ticket right away but the process took about 4-5 business days.
As for laying blame it was MY MISTAKE. This was my first time using their exchange. It seems I sent ETH directly to the coin i was trying to buy instead of to my ETH wallet first. Huge rookie mistake.
If this is your situation, they will resolve the matter, just try to be patient. Not only did they recover my ETH but they gave me a .25 extra.
My point is take a deep breath. You're gonna be ok.
G Trader - September 25, 2017
Acting like a bankrupt exchange, and a black eye on the industry even they aren't.

Then I read through the comments here and I see all these problems with deposits and withdrawals. Sticking with Bittrex this why ppl are suspiciously doubtful about using crypto.
