worst exchange i come across so far.stay away if you can.
every attempt to withdraw my funds from there resulted in a weeklong nightmare.
even after 3rd ticket they still delay by asking if mails went in to spamfolders and take another week after you reply with no for the 4th time..

This is by far THE WORST experience I had with crypto exchange.Money goes in HitBtc pockets and you are fucked. Just like a scam.
Support is non existent, they reply 1 forum message per day with generic message, Its a nightmare.
I just want the money I worked hard to make.

We must do everything in our power and shut down that disgraceful exchange - absolutely destroying the Crypto experience for thousands of users!take the initiative!, send a short email to the coins listed on that site and request they terminate their contract with Hitbtc - remember, you have the power -- we stop trading on Hitbtc, they cease to exist!

HitBTC is an absolute DISGRACE and should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.Why?.......
- 0.1% on every trade (which are very slow and might not happen)
- 10% on withdrawals/transfers (although others have paid at least 30%) which probably won't happen but will simply disappear!!!
- Make it literally impossible to withdraw your complete balance because units are always rounded up or down......not that you'll get the remaining 90% of the transaction anyway!
- Continuous 'bad gateways' and 'problems with this page'
- ABSOLUTELY NO ADMIN/IT SUPPORT
- If you moan about it on the 'troll board' you are BANNED......and there are lots of people getting BANNED by all their ADMIN people!
I guess I am lucky (in a weird way) that I only deposited about 50$ of crypto to play around with. I am yet to receive my 19 NGC (was 22) in MY ETHER WALLET and they still have approx 20 USDT worth
of mixed ICO coins which I can't do anything with...for now!
I think NAGA made a HUGE mistake by being listed on there after the ICO and although I won't let this CRAP exchange
spoil my interest and enthusiasm for crypto/blockchain I think a lot of people and companies have been seriously damaged by this load of SCAMMERS and we need to warn as many as possible to STAY AWAY or SHUT THEM DOWN.
As for any ICO's going on HitBTC (Swissborg/CHF)........DON'T DO IT!!!!

I really wanted to believe in a decentralize system, but then came Hitbtc and reminded me all too well of human greed! They charged me 120,000 DCN coins (equal $500) for withdrawal and lost all my coins in the process (app 2,500,000) - 0 communication - no reply to any emails! Unless some regulations are implemented quickly, exchanges like Hitbtc will rape us! Plain and simple....Check their Facebook page to understand what you're dealing with!

Slow withdraws with high fees on some coins, but they did send me my withdraws. It would be a 5 star exchange if they disable the troll box and work on automating withdraws 100% so they are as quick as the networks allow since they obviously manually send out larger payments.
Are the extremely poor reviews warranted? Yes and no I think. I had to give them a some what decent rating because they did finally send me my payment at the last moment and I was able to get my order into bitmain.
If I had missed that because of them one star all the way. Learning lesson on my behalf. I need to be ready or only deal with the best of the best exchanges in a pinch, which is like none of them lol.

Between crashes and fees I have to say they have not served us well. I have not had any major horror stories and don't want any but I will heed the many warnings and find a new exchange.

I seen this on another subreddit and can't find it, but there was a post about DCN having a 120,000 DCN withdrawal fee or flat fee. I checked and sure enough it's true. I'm thinking it's a mistake by HitBTC but in case it's not, I would avoid purchasing on HitBTC. I submitted a ticket (16hrs ago) so we'll see what happens. I'll update this if there's any changes.It may require DCN leadership to contact the exchange.

Hitbtc is the Bernie Maddof of the Crypto world. Don't use this site - find an alternative at any cost. We must convince the coins being listed on that exchange to do the same!!

Under no circumstance I would recommend anyone to use this exchange - complete disaster - you would certainly lose your money. This exchange is a good reason to miss centralized/regulated markets. Use any other exchange but Hitbtc. Remember, you were warned.

2. MORE IMPORTANTLY, When you want to withdraw, they very often come with the excuse "Please note that XYZ withdrawals are temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.". This excuse can go on for days. By the time you are able to withdraw, then its most likely too late and you have lost out.
