I have deposited around 100,000 TRX to HitBTC last week but still its not showing on HitBTC account yet.I think thousands of people out there facing same or other problems and many of them now claiming HitBTC is scam, but before going to any conclusion let me clear some points and it will give you some relief.
- HitBTC is 7th largest exchange website in the world and its operating since around 2013 so we can understand they do have great reputations in the market.
- As we all know Bitcoin surpasses $18000 in Dec and indirectly it attracts many people from all over the world adding lots of stress and pressure on some of the big exchange website result of that many website disabled new user registration to avoid heavy loads except HitBTC and Binance.
- Many people complaining about poor customer support of HitBTC and it's true they have very poor support system and they never reply to their client immediately or even takes weeks or months but this is because of lack of enough team members and this thing I'm not saying but they are saying they have officially release statement on one website.
- No official statements come from any news agency or from media about HitBTC scam or fraud, but we should not forget one thing that it's not first time HitBTC has become target of the frustrated users last in 2014 they faced same issue but in time they clearly solved all issues slowly.
- HitBTC comes under top 10 cryptocurrency exchanger and if it really turn out to be a scam or fraud then the whole crypto world will get affected and may in fact all coin will get down eventually.

If it was possible to give 0 stars they would not get even 1. This is a scam site. Your coins will go into the exchange and never see the light of day again. They have the time to update their system to charge fees for ether being deposited to the exchange but they can’t solve the problems with the withdrawals that clearly nobody can get any happiness out of. Please beware people!

Everyone please beware of HITBTC , this is a known European scam company since 2014. There have been numerous complaints and suspicious activities regarding accounts even with 2FA ENABLED. Scam Site: RIPBTC Watch out people. !!! you are warned. Stay away from this filthy exchange. It is a blackhole exchange.Money gets in - but never gets out. Forget your tickets: nobody is going to answer them ever, period.
Even stay away from the compagnies that list their coins on that exhange, because they are also mute when addressing the issue of HITBTC. This could even be secret government/deep state black ops project; trying to give cryptocurrency a bad name and demotivate any possible investors. I was stupid to first deposit my money there before i did any research on them. Hard lessons learned.

I now realize these guys are probably not legit. I cannot transfer any of my coins out for 24 hours now. There is a message that their daemons for transfer out are down. I can always transfer in even now, but no transfer out. they were highly recommended to me by a friend for their low fees. But now I am finding out, they are at least not letting me transfer out at the moment. What recourse if any do I have?

To date I've had a great experience selling and buying crypto currency, I've used all the major exchanges, never had any issues depositing or withdrawing coins, all the transactions take an average of 1 hour. I've started recently using Binance and Kucoin, thumbs up to both, excellent withdraw and deposit times.I decided only yesterday to try HitBTC, what a terrible experience, I've yet to have my deposit credited to my HitBTC account, I'm still waiting and 28 hours has past, contacted customer service at HitBTC, no reply yet.
Of all the exchanges I've used, this is the worst! It's unacceptable that people have to wait this long for a deposit, I've researched and found more negativity about HitBTC, all relating to withdraw and deposit times, some people have had to wait 10 days!
If you are new to Crypto, stay well clear of this exchange, It will cause you heartache and stress and probably put you off trading cryptocurrency,, I'm a big believer in Crypto currency, however, my fear is, exchanges like HitBTC give the industry a bad name.
If you want to trade cryptos and have a positive experience, stay well clear of HitBTC, It will cause you sleepless nights and stress.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS EXCHANGE!

Scam, site can be confusing, terrible transaction speeds, and almost always under server maintenance, meaning you cant make withdraws and or deposits for possibly days, which is technically months in the crypto world!!! Dont waste your time...

HITBTC Withdraw not received.Didn't receive my withdraw NGC from HITBTC. Didn't fill in a ticket yet because still no answer from my last ticket from last month. Really nice Hitbtc, can't believe that this can continue for so long while more unknowing people are finding their ways to cryptocurrencies.

Deposited coins -- quick. Traded -- no problem.
Tried to withdraw coins: Major problem.
1. They charged me over $130 to withdraw. The worst fees I've ever seen.
2. Withdrawal is still pending almost 24 hrs later. No transaction hash. I checked their system health and they have hundreds of pending withdrawals. Many people complaining that they don't even bother to answer support tickets.
What a shady, shady business. I never dealt with this on any of the other top exchanges.
