- Deposit fees- Exorbitant withdrawal fees eg. 114 PLR flat fee irregardless of amount ( $140-$200 USD ) :O
- NO support... zero response
- Their method of dealing with negative forum comments is to close the discussion
- Countless ongoing issues with other coins (read their forums), including vanishing deposits, huge processing delays and more
I rarely give reviews, however HITBtc is a typical dodgy enterprise.

The Hitbtc thieves stole 0.20 BTC from me. I tried to withdraw my BTC at the all time high moment of Bitcoin a month and a half ago. My withdrawal kept pending for days and then it just dissapeared from my account. The Hitbtc maffia left no traces, no hash no transaction history, they deleted everything!!! This is no lie guys please stay far away from this scamsite. I have sent 7 support request but the scammers ignored them. Untill this day nothing and they are still scamming and operating??!!!

Avoid at all costs. Most of the altcoins aren't withdrawable. They force you to trade for "big" coins (at stupidly low exchange rates/prices) and suck their absurd fees. Some coins have over than 100$ of fee. Judge yourself. This site is a total mess, and is gonna be the next one to disappear after mtgox.
No support whatsoever despite multiple tickets. It's a dead end.

Since I lost my phone my 2fa authentication code lost to so mailed them to remove it manually they gave me a support ticket now its been 24 days no progress they send me a mail contacting me when the account is recovered today there support Portal has stop working it's showing error 109 god know whats going to happen probably lost all my tokens

Suggestion: If you are going to use Crypto Currency / Block-chain Use one of the national banks Who are fully regulated / compliant and insurance Guaranteed by a Country who is financially secure and not corrupt. Like Australia and Canada,.

On Jan 7th 2018 I deposited ETH to buy tokens. I was able to deposit with no problem but when I placed my order for my tokens of choice, the tokens never showed up in my wallet. I have sent more than a dozen emails asking where my tokens are and how come I could not withdrawal them. Jan 27th i decided to try calling them. Sounds stupid and I feel stupid for trying this but sure enough I found a phone number. See where this is going? I called 800-564-1194 and got a hold of a David Anderson who politely helped me. I feel so violated. I gave him control of my computer and he said that he would deposit my Ether into HitBTC's account and make the purchase for me. Long story short, as of this moment I do not have my tokens. Was I taken for a ride? Seems like it. I would stay clear from HitBTC. Very sad because this hurts this movement.

This is by far the worst site out there and only a matter of time before it goes belly up. I've been using them since the spring of 2017 but they are so broke now.1) You are constantly unable to access your own funds. Half the time deposits don't reach your account for weeks if at all and the other half withdrawals get stuck for days and weeks at a time.
2) Support is non existent aside from thanking you for your patience when you request help. Just check out their twitter and any other social media, they actively ignore everyone. Hell do your best to try to get blocked by them, there is no one at the wheel except to tweet about a new coin they are "supporting" while support tickets pile up by the thousands every day.
3) Volume is manipulated to lure people in. Look at the way XDN trades on their site, hundreds of thousands of tokens go back and forth in the same trade size right between the bid and the ask but never show up on the order book. Meanwhile they allow XDN deposits but you can never withdrawal them (XDN withdrawals have been unavailable for weeks at the time of writing this).
4) And this should be the biggest one. Amidst all the issues they are having and days after Bitconnect was finally exposed as the ponzi scheme it was they proudly announced their developers made it possible to conduct BCC (Bitconnect coins) transactions 50 times faster!!! This... this is where they were putting their efforts, making it possible to move your Ponzi tokens in and out of their exchange 50 times faster than before.
Please please please do not use this site. I have used Binance, KuCoin, Bittrex, Cryptopia, Bitgrail, Cobinhood, Gdax, coinexchange, changelly, and ShapeShift. Aside from ShapeShit, who are bad actors and shouldn't be trusted either, I can say every single one of these other exchanges is better than sHitBTC.

Can't move my Neo from main account to trading account.Can't withdraw my Neo to my wallet or another site.
My Neo is now stuck with hitBTC.
Feels like a scam. Lost money not being able to trade as value of Neo varies.
Withdrawal fees are WAY too high. Suckered into using hitBTC due to price of Neo.

HitBTC are nothing but thieves and bandits. SCAM SCAM SCAM! For example, they charge a "flat fee of 114 PLR just to withdraw your Pillar tokens (PLR). This amounts to $148.20 as of this post. They do not have any support and nobody will ever answer or help you. They don't even have a "submit" button on their "submit a request" page under the support section. STAY AWAY FROM HITBTC UNLESS YOU TOO WANT TO BE A VICTIM!!
