The name says it all. My 2FA needed resetting. I contacted the so called "service centre" and Their bots answer the call and never a person. I received a ticket from the bots and replied with info requested and then nothing over and over again. I contacted their so called "PR" dept and was thanked for "reaching out" and was redirected back to the "service centre" and told to list out every ticket received which I did. After a few days I received a email from "Paola Balzano" from HitBTC "support" and told that I should have replied the last Ticket and that that ticket should be cancelled and I would have to create a new Ticket. It became very clear to me that HitBTC had no intention of allowing me to get my Crypto back.

2A login trouble out of the blue and cannot get a dang bit of help. Called there support line twice and was finally told they cannot help me that I am simply out of luck! They said I might have a chance with email support but I cannot get them to email me back at all.
Everyone, make sure we get this out all over the web...Please do not give them the satisfaction of gaining any new customers!

What a shit EXCHANGE, used it in the past without problem, until transferring coins to somewhere else or withdrawingCommission Fee way too high for almost all coins, transferring to wallet or other exchange is taking ages support doesn't respond either
Am planning to withdraw all coins and go somewhere else.
Avoid this exchange in all circumstances, pls be warned.
They won't deserve none of the stars above, just ban them and don't let them make more money from you.
Their policy is to take your profit, nothing more nothing less.

If you are thinking about arbitrage whit Hitbtc...FORGUET ABOUT IT. Is a Scam, they have high rates of deposit and whitdraw and the worse...they let you deposit in USTD BUT BUT BUT never et you whitdraw in that coin, they are always under maintenaice so you finish whitfdrawing inthe same coin you made the deposit less...his fees ofc. Thats why is over other exchanges prices the pair to attract you and scam you.Ahhh their customer services is unexistent, they dont aswer never ever, how they are going to? If they are scammers.

I opened an account with ease and setup the 2FA without trouble. I was able to sign in and out without issue. I then decided to transfer some bitcoin and from that moment on my 2FA has failed. I have written the support address twice and each time got a response that stated they would get back to me in 3 business days. It is now going on two weeks and I have nothing.I would worn anyone to stay far from this website.
I just wish I could get my bitcoin back but suspect that may never happen.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY WEBSITE UNLESS YOU HAVE CURRENCY TO THROW AWAY.

Its been 3 months almost and they do not get back my 6 tickets and 4 emails! i have lost my phone and 2FA is not letting me sign in; and hitbtc only get back to me from twitter and when i waited couple days; they didnt do anything; so i write back "SCAMMERS" and now they blocked me in their twitter system! i think i lost my 5K! I am looking for a legal firm that can sue them; i have applied couple in two weeks and waiting for reply. i may share the news here later on.

HitBTC announced they would support an airdrop. They haven't. it has been 1 month and 19 days since the coin was launched. They told us we would get our airdrop by Jan 15th. it is now February 21st. No distribution has happened. The coin is still showing as offline without a reason on their website. The coin is now worthless. Thanks HitBTC. We won't be crossing paths again in the future.

stay away or ABSOLUTELY SNAPSHOT EVERY STEP OF EVERY TRANSACTIONreports are ambiguous /misleading/false
one page shows a completed transaction.... but another page does not show the balance of the newly purchase crypto
orders rejected due to "Insufficient Balance" when I had A LOT MORE BALANCE THEN REQUIRED
I am with HITBTC..... only because they trade a lot of cryptos.....
but their order speed performance sux
and of course..... no response from tech support
when it SHTF and the Feds move in to bust the scammers....the bosses will be long gone and the employees will have to deal with the SH*Tstorm
