Zombie as far as I know hit techs ltd which owns hitbtc is registered under the name of a russian citizen, you can find lot of details if you search in the UK companies house website.

"Tried to withdraw funds, error. I created about 25 tickets, there was no sense.Wrote to the support team and waited 3 hours, but in the end the problem was resolved. They sent a letter, with instruction. Withdrawal of money was in 20 minutes."

I think that hitBTC bad reviews here come from silly traders who makes a lot of mistakes and create bad situations for themselves. That’s why I’d recommend this exchange for a more skillfulll traders. BTW, I’ve been trading on hitBTC since 2015.
