Why people are still using this exchange? it is a grave yard, totally abandoned, all instruments trades zero, looking at altcoins trading volumes it is going down every day, only wash trade for BTC and using funds stolen from traders, no one trust keeping 1$ in hitbct.

Editor-in-Chief of the well known Blockonomi have published an official warning to all traders not to use HitBTC after they verified thousands of traders complains, furthermore, they noticed large amount of fake positive reviews under different users names but from the same IP address, same like here!I totally agree, any positive review is fake and written by hitbtc which is known to be the worst in the planet.

Hi Anne, I'm sorry to hear about the situation you are facing, and I feel your pain, there are thousands in the same situation, I hope yours is just a technical issue and will be resolved in few days, probably you heard about traders funds getting frozen by Hitbtc and the excuses is kyc/aml and the way Hitbtc handle this is very specious as confirmed by lawyers, this happens without prior notice although as per the exchange policy it is not necessary to verify an account in order to deposit, trade and make withdrawals within the daily limit; my advise, take screen shot of your current balance, don't wait, file complaint to Hong Kong Cyber crime department, you'll be given reference no., let Hitbtc know that you filed formal complaint with the police and give them the reference number, use Hitbtc twitter and shout loud. this has proven to be effective. best of luck

As far as I know hit techs ltd which owns hitbtc is registered under the name of a russian citizen, you can find lot of details if you search in the UK companies house website.

Watch out traders, KYC being used by Shitbtc is fraudulent, If the exchange really cared about the identity of its customers other than stealing money and personal information, the process would have been completed when the user signed up/deposited money/at any point before he asked for a withdrawal, avoid this shit exchange.

Traders are no longer interested to use Hitbtc due to their awful practises starting from locking traders account to stealing traders funds, this has turned the exchange to a graveyard, no trading at all, only BTC wash trade.

It seem he's paid to do that, claiming that Hitbtc support is superior is so wrong, no one would beleieve you son, get back to your boss and tell him to stop stealing traders money rather than spamming here.
