I got my account verified before i sent 1 sat to this scam exchange, KYC is another way to steal traders funds; I'm hiring a local attorney in Hong Kong, he told me the police is already investigating them, got their office busted few times and found nothing! pure scam.

They create issues, then you'll have to approach their useless support, if you are lucky to get an answer they will ask you to verify your account through sending them everything personal about you self, this is called forced identity theft, don't get trapped, avoid if you know what is good for you.

I have learned from an insider that Hibtc is facing very tough time with Hong Kong police and serious investigations are ongoing, I strongly believe and based on what I heard that they will taken down very soon, I feel sorry for all of those got trapped in this scam exchange, make sure to file a claim asap, and always keep snap shot showing your balance in case you still have access to your account!
