I completed the Pan program over the course of 2016. There were muscle imbalances and extreme soreness in the first few months. There were also weeks during the year when fatigue, both mental and physical, was admittedly difficult to contend with. By the end of the year I sometimes felt like I wouldn't care if I never did another step up ever again. Now it's March of 2017 and the results of the work I put into Pan every two to three days for the entirety of 2016 are still revealing themselves. Pan wasn't an easy program by any stretch of the imagination but I'm glad that I did it and proud of myself for not quitting when the going got tough which it did, more than once. The effort was worth it. My legs are transformed.

I've bought the Orion, Thor & Dagdha program. The exercises and EXPLANATION given is good and the program is well structured and of course... HERO VENERATION!I like the Thor best personally because of the full-encompassing nature of the strength being built.

The Pan program is excellent. I plan on trying Chiron next.

this is complete trash. if you have the option to do purchase and or use these programs, do yourself a favor and throw yourself of a cliff instead.
