Pan wasn't an easy program by any stretch of the imagination but I'm glad that I did it and proud of myself for not quitting when the going got tough which it did, more than once. The effort was worth it. My legs are transformed.

I like the Thor best personally because of the full-encompassing nature of the strength being built.
