Paid with BTC and obtained no answer from site admin. Probably scam.

Ordered Phenibut from them with two day shipping using Bitcoins. After four business days of nothing, I emailed them and got a reply saying it was out of stock and would ship within three business days. Two weeks go by and still nothing. No package, no emails. I emailed them again asking what the deal is and for a refund. Still no reply and it's been another two weeks.
