This company is a joke.They never pay you. They keep making up excuses that your documents are not real, and refuse to refund you any BTC.

I sold 0.2 btcs to them, and they required the documents to be verified, I sent it, but later, they asked to send it again, but this time with an APOSTILLE CLAUSE, but in my country (BRAZIL) i cant get this document. :( Dont know what to do, its been over 1 month, and they didnt even consider sending my btcs back.

Very dissatisfied with the service.The reasons?
1. No confirmation email that my transaction was made.
2. 24 hour support is false advertising. The earliest time I got a response was about 3 hours later, but usually a day later.
3. The given contact email on the site returns a permanent failure to send to.
4. There are no AML notifications on the site before starting a transaction of what they need to enforce when processing a transaction. And as a result they hold your money hostage, and will neither return your money or make the transaction without sensitive information. (picture ID etc)

Hello havebitcoin.com,
The only reason I chose your service was because it did not require
verification. I know with bitcoin its a tough business scams to both
seller and buyer, but the reason I use bitcoin is so I can stay
anonymous, the second any service requires such information from me I
will not use their service. I am sorry it did not work out.
That being said I want to cancel my order and get my bitcoin back. It
just needs returned to the bitcoin address that it came from.
Thanks for attepting to run a bitcoin business I know its a tough
business to be in.
