They are the biggest crooks in the game. Its been over 8 months and they still haven't figured out how to give clients their money back.
They have no volume on their exchanges, it looks like they have just set up some bots to pass their own crypto back and forth for themselves to make it look like they are still operational.
If anyone wants to join me in getting their funds back through other means. Please let me know.

Not able to withdraw my $ funds and customer support is not at all helpful, been trying for over one month now. Not many sellers using this site so the prices on their exchange also are super high, avg 10% higher than other exchanges so can't justify buying at these prices. Best to use Xapo or other more reputable companies.

Sadly this exchange sets you up to accidentally buy at the wrong price. When you enter a buy or sell in the less common currencies, there is often automatically a market rate there 100 times higher to buy than is real market. This can be very confusing to a new buyer, or somebody with poor vision. For example, 0.0035 XBTC as a market price, rather than the actual market rate of 0.00038. Not only do they do that, but they also put their own sale on the opposite side of the trade at the top. Yes. They have bots to do this! They will cheat you in less than a second. Even if there were no sell orders, they will make one to steal your mistake as there is no extra "confirm" button.
And about their bots.... They have bots that always put a buy order above you and a sell order below you with larger quantities, and by .1 very often at times. They are trying to make their own market, and trying to trade you higher and lower as they take these trades themselves.
I am changing to a new exchange ASAP.

They are legit. But their ETH has been robbed. To be exact, it is the customer fund being robbed. They honor with their stupid token ETD. In contrast, bitfinex is much more smarter to allow BFX to exchange for their company stock. This damn gatecoin management are stupid dum assholes not following bitfinex's trick. BTW, their technical staffs are also fucking retarded.

I feel robbed. Terrible liquidity and, despite advanced verification, I can't withdraw my crypto and support is all but non-existent. If you want to keep your crypto, stick to reputable exchanges.
