Con artists and fraudsters. Their system overcharged me 20% for Etherium and EXMO refused to admit any fault in their trading platform software. Avoid avoid avoid.

Testweise 30 Euro in BTC via virwox geschickt. Verifizierung läuft tagelang,bricht dann ab. Will zurück senden. Support sagt per excode, kann aber letztendlich immer nur wieder bei exmo einzahlen. Support versteht dann kein Deutsch, schreibe auf englisch, bekomme dann links auf russisch? verweisen auf exchange sites, habe mich bei airbitrcoin angemeldet. Aber wie der Transfer verläuft wird nicht erklärt.Habe bestimmt schon 20 mails mit denen gehabt,immer das gleiche blabla.
Denke das ich die BTCs abschreiben kann, zum Glück nur 30 Euro.
Kann nur warnen, denn eine deutsche Hilfe gibt es nicht

I don't know what the deal is but when you try to move coins over to Exmo, it just endlessly confirms for days and days on end but never arrives. 3 days and counting with my latest BTC transfer! Tons of people are complaining about this in their chat room, too, so it's obviously a huge problem.

Moin Leute, ich hab auch noch paar tausend Euro bei Exmo liegen. Die Seite selbst lief vor einiger Zeit noch einwandfrei. Ich denke mal das der Grund für die Verzögerungen mit der Entführung des CEOs Pavel Lerner zusammenhängen. Das haben bestimmt viele von euch bestimmt garnicht mitbekommen was da passiert ist. Googlet mal nach Pavel Lerner. Es kann natürlich sein das auch die Entführung fake ist aber man weiß ja nicht. Grüße

Hi,bei mir ist gleiches passiert. Withdrawal von ETH (Exmo) zu Bitstamp. Ist nie angekommen.

Am 21.12.17 btc auf eigene wallet ausgezahlt. Nie angekommen und als paid markiert. Natürlich reagiert der Support null.Lost 5k :(

Hallo Leute,wir haben auch gleiche Probleme mit dem EXMO Portal und suchen Beschädigte Personen, die Ihre Coins an eigene Deposit Adresse bei EXMO geschickt haben und sie bis heute nicht gut geschrieben bekamen.
Bei uns läuft es bereits seit 8.1.2018 ETH Deposit von Bitstamp geschickt und von Etherscan bestätigt+ausgeführt.
Ab 10.1.2018 meldete EXMO plötzlich Wartungsarbeiten?!
Wir beabsichtigen am 30.01.2018 einen Anwalt mit Sammelklage zu beauftragen und die Schließung des EXMO Portals durch Einstweilige Verfügung über das Gericht in London /Optionsweise in Kiev zu erzwingen.
BTW.
Selbst die Anwaltskanzlei in London, die EXMO betreut, reagiert nicht auf Anfragen...

The worst service and support i ever used or see.On date 21-12-2017 I withdrew btc and now twenty days have passed and my btc withdrawal status is paid but I didn't receive it to my wallet even the btc is not in mempool they are making fool they are using our money for their own use.
A lot requests have been submitted but they didn'nt reply the single one I think the scammers don't have words to say
Be aware of this kind of trading sites. I have almost lost my huge amount. Don't waste your money

Sent ETH to exmo more than 1 day ago. Balance is still 0.On ticket submitted and on Online chat support there is NO any reaction.
No real / online ticketing system, just an email from them with a ticket numbner.
Many people complaining for not depositing any coin.
I think it is a fake website. DO NOT USE IT!

Had a terrible experience with Exmo.Bought a cryptocoin, the coin price pumped around 30% in a small period and i was unable to withdraw the coin from EXMO. Coindence or not, their support informed that they had a technical problem with that particular coin and wasn't unable to process the withdraw.

when dash is high over 59, i have loaded 10000 plus betting on it. and i have few altcoin app monitor the changes, the result is lost over thousand last week. something is wrong with this domain website, it doesn't syn correctly. (i had multiple exchanges website open all time all of the dash data is going up and up, so careful with these exmo.

During this week 52/2016, I had an issue with Exmo.com. My several bitcoin deposits in Exmo.com was taken and not added up to my account because less than 0.001 BTC.I lost several deposits that at the end totals more than 0.001 BTC.
I consider this as an abuse and fraud.
Can you please redirect me to the right contact to report such a fraud ?
