It's a scam.the transaction never detects that you sent the coins and then "expires" after 15 minutes. I think it is meant to look like a bug but it is just a scam site

I did my first exchange from Litecoin to Verge. I never got my Verge coins and I never got my Litecoins back. I had contact with them with the chat application on the website and they only told me to be patient. I'm already waiting for 2 weeks and I have no responce anymore on the chat !!
