It’s been 7 DAYS now, I guess this means this website is a scam. I used this site to exchange XLM for ETH, but never received the ETH. The page keeps saying I have to deposit 800 XLM, but I already did that. The payment appears in the XLM blockchain. I contacted the support. They keep saying it’s the exchange it’s fault. They claim they contacted them and don’t receive a reply, but that’s their problem of course. It’s not my fault that the service/link with the partner doesn’t work…In case you wonder if this is true: it is: here is the transaction:

I would like to say that CoinSwitch is AWESOME. One week ago when all the crazy was going on with BCC, i sent 4.3 BCC to the wrong place (boo me). Perfect exchange! I accidentally mistyped my wallet address and the support team responded within an hour and after sending my correct address, they completed the payment immediately. I mean they are secure and very understanding that this is new technology and not everyone is well versed with it. Although I must say they are like Google they are like a search engine for the best exchanges for your transaction. But they do store your coins for you. SO it is your responsibility to look for a wallet that supports the coins you have purchased. I hope that makes sense. But I have to say they are the best. Who does not want the cheapest deal?
