You guys have to realize that exchanges don't just open up their doors and pop up with a team of 30 developers and support staff of 50.We're an exchange with 12,000 customers, and right now a team of 3. We're working as fast as we can to fix bugs and process orders, of course many traders are unreasonable and impatient, but there's not much we can do about that. We try to adequately handle every request that comes through the door.

Same issues as previous people have posted.The primary issues that I can't seem to get around are as follows:
1) Can't withdraw funds from Coinkmkt.com but can add funds to account.
2) Logging in multiple times over the weekend, all of the balances looked accurate, however logging in today several of the coins now have negative balances on the account and no trades or transfers have been processed.
3) Customer support is just an e-mail away, and typically haven't responded to my e-mails for upwards of 2 days.
I do like the layout of the site as it has great potential but I honestly don't believe that it should even be in "beta" and open to the public in the condition that it is in. My advise is to wait until the bugs are fixed.

I started using coinmkt a week ago, bad idea. I cant withdraw any coins to any address but they deposit just fine go figures. Ive been trying to withdraw for three days and i get a message stating "withdrawls temporarily unavailable" although my first two withdraws were successful nothing seems to be working atm. Ive contacted them through their support email and they said most users should be able to use automated withdraws again as of november 29. And if it didnt work to contact them. I contacted them and they have not replied. If they ever resolve their issues with the website i will not be using them. Good idea but needs alot of work still.

Transferred BTC to a CoinMKT account yesterday morning. Still no balance showing in my CoinMKT account, though I can see confirmation externally that the BTC arrived. Unlike other posts I've seen, I have had no response from their customer support despite having emailed multiple times.IS THIS A SCAM? Has anyone actually been able to withdraw their money from CoinMKT? Why can't I access my funds, and why won't they respond?

I share Rick's sentiments exactly. You can get money/coins in but good luck getting it out as withdrawals (both coins and USD to OKPay) appear to be broken. This is too bad because the interface is nice and tech-support is responsive. I hope they'll be able to resolve their system issues soon.

This "Beta" site has multiple issues. I recommend avoiding it until they fix their problems. One can go negative in balances and all trading and withdrawing (not deposits) are locked up. You know what they told me - how the to fix negative 0.0002 LTC balance created by their faulty software? Deposit more LTC from an outside source. Huh? Are you kidding me? Why can't I use the thousands of dollars worth of e-coin I have, that you already locked up on your site? And I wait. I should have pulled out the other day when my account froze for the first time - a FTC trade jammed for hours. Then they misplaced my BTC which was set aside for that trade. After I pointed that out several times, they put the BTC back...
Now I wait with my frozen account - again. I gave you a chance CoinMKT, but I predict you will fail.
Now how about letting me have my coin?
