I use these guys all the time because it's not difficult to get my money in and out of their sight. I have exchanged $1kusd worth of LTC/BTC on their site. I get my money orders like I asked for in a good amount of time. The support they have is great they get back quick with me when I email them within a day or two. All in all I had a positive experience.

There are two weird things going on on this review page.First, the exchange went through a beta period where they were clearly poorly-equipped to handle the massive influx of customers they received. They're out of beta and wear big-boy pants now; they can handle it.
Second, one guy in particular repeatedly posts 1 star reviews. Read the reviewer names, I think he made like 5+ with names that are nearly all expletives or misspelled expletives. He also enjoys accusing CoinMKT of manipulating this review page, which I find particularly amusing given that the CEO posted a review and signed it himself. If you were planning on posting 10+ reviews on your own sites page, would you post one as yourself? I wouldn't.
In reality, CoinMKT is an excellent, AML/KYC compliant, US-based, FINCEN-registered MSB. Their volume could use improvement, but they're growing steadily now, and their Maker/Taker fee structure does a lot to improve their liquidity. i have to agree with all the real people on this review board, that is, everyone who isn't that 5-star lliar. this website blows pineapple chunks on an empty stomach. there's literally no trade volume, am I the only one on here? withdrawing coins now. theres literally no orders besides the bullshit robot that sets the books for themselves. fucking waste of time and a completely shitty UI. go to btc-e or even coinedup has a beautifully simple interface. fuck this slow bull. fuck this empty ass facade of a trading site. hope my withdrawal proccesses.....

Recently moved about 25 BTC to Coinmkt for a quick sale and to try out Coinmkt. Overall very happy with the experience. My USD withdrawal by wire transfer was processed in exactly 7 business days.They could improve some things about the site as well customer service. I think response from support take a long time because Coinmkt has grown rapidly, and they're overwhelmed given their currently small staff.
Coinmkt is legitimate, and I received my USD quickly. I will use them again.

Good luck withdrawing any money from this site. And good luck trading with their buggy trading platform. These guys are either scammers or just plain amateurs. Amateurs who believed that they had what it took to make a reliable exchange. I give them the benefit of the doubts, and I honestly think that they are amateurs and not scammers. Good luck using using their exchange. You will need it.

Some issues:1. Their user interface is very buggy. If you make an error in order input (i.e. forget to put a fee) the system just eats the amount you put in. It disappears and does not show up in the open orders or in the trade history. There's no trail of you ever making the attempt to trade.
2. Forgot your password? No problem! Just request to have it sent in PLAIN TEXT to your e-mail address. Nice work, guys.
3. No support for Multi-Factor Authentication via a service like Authy or Google Authenticator. So much for "top-notch" security. It makes me wonder if any third party has even audited their security.
4. USD withdrawals seem to be disabled. You can trade but you can't even get your money out. Well what's the use of the site again?
5. 48 turnaround time for any kind of support response and sometimes they do not even respond at all.

The site itself disabled Dogecoin trading before March 18, 2014. But on March 17 someone already saw much Dogecoin and started praising for its volume without any pretence? Poor scammer. A real joke.
I hereon remind anyone who want to deposit: withdrawal hasn't been working for a long time. You will lost all your money and coins there!!!
