Well, their payment gateway looks down now and it seems they have an issue with payments processing.. so don't go over the hassle now to buy any coins from them before dust settles, besides their fees are 8.5% + CC processing fee.. a bit on the high side it seems

Unbelievable, Coinmama took the money out of my account then send an email saying my the transaction had expired. Wrote complaint and still haven't gotten an answer. Money taken and no bit! Thieves

Horrible . i bought bitcoin 2 days ago. for $1490 and still pending. my credit card was charged. i emailed the customer support to cancel my order many times!! and no reply!!!!. Stay away from this merchant. if you don't want to waste your time. now im gonna call my credit card to dispute. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. they don't care.

I wish I seen these reviews before I try them I knew I should of went to xcoins.io they cost a little more and u get your bitcoin s I try coinmama cause they gave more well I'm going to lose out now my shit in pending cause my wallet needs to be validated and they never sent me anything to validate I emailed 20 times finally get another bs Answer saying business hours they handle it never again fucking coinmama worse place ever I'm fucking furious right now you fucking foreign Slovakian niggers what was my ID for picture of me for phone number email u supposly need no verification ok that's all there is and they can't send u the shit to do it I never heard of validate my wallet waphat bs is that stay away I hope they go under

Purchased £400 of Bitcoins and transaction sat in pending. The outputs in the transactions are also unconfirmed. I've lodged a complaint to them but not holding my breath

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Made a small purchase and was told I'd have the bitcoin in 20 minutes... At this point, I'd be surprised if I got them within 20 hours. Fucking horrible, and horrible customer service.

After several transaction with them goin well ,today my transacrion its pending for 4 h . No response from customer service . I got just an email my payment is beeing verified .I dont understant they have all my info and id plus I deposited with the some card I deposited before .of course my card got charge and now I have to wait days for my money to be back on my card. Im so frustrated with this company not beeing able to do what they claim

Wow, these guys are awful. I get recommended by some blog, and go through all the verification processes and am told I will receive my bitcoin in 20 minutes. These guys have thousands of likes and followers like crazy on fb, but yet I look here & recent horrible reviews. I look on visitor posts on their fb page & one other person there with the same issue in the last hour or two with no response from Coinmama. How can these guys have so many people saying good things when they steal your money & don't respond to support requests? I have wasted an entire afternoon and evening to be cheated. The lost time is worse than the money. Have been thinking about getting into Bitcoin for awhile, but now? Was this company sold to crooks or something? I am confused by the apparently bi-polar treatment of customers. How can you people say they are so great when they just took my money and can't even have the decency to respond?

Absolutely rubbish. It's such a waste of time that it's unbelievable...The site potentially works well with a good support but that Simplex payment methods they use make all the process impossible. My advise is not to waste your time with these guys!When you try to make a transaction the automatically take a Pre-Authorization and block your money for days...They keep asking for proof over and over again..I don't get it why the don't request all in once so they can stop busting people's balls continuously..
After the exhausting proof they request I kept trying to do a transaction and it was denied...I checked with my Bank and everything was fine so I asked them why the hell they were not processing the transaction and they said the don't disclose the reason!! Can you imagine they made me waste days chasing them and send proof after proof....

Bought bitcoin today for the first time. My card was immediately charged. Bitcoin hit my wallet and then it was all taken out(removed) in 4 smaller increments. I've written twice with no response. This was 12 hours ago.I won't use them again. I'm sticking with Coinbase. This company is bullshit.

Hi I've baughtcoin tonight from coinmama .. everything went through perfect and money as taken from my credit card it's now been nearly 5 hours and it's still saying in process. I don't believe coinmama are a scam as my other transactions with them are always very quick. I'm hope in it's just a minor problem that they are in process of fixing. I don't have very much money and this will got me quite hard if I don't recieve my bitcoin... sorry for posting again I just wanted to apologise for my bad spelling

These people are CROOKS!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! My credit card transaction cleared 6 DAYS AGO, and my order on Coinmama still says "in process." I have sent multiple emails with no response. I now have to call my credit card company to get them to do a "charge back", so that I don't lose out on my money. This company is unethical, and dishonest, and should be shut down. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Worst experience ever. Live and learn. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

these ppl have the WORST costomer support! i just quit recieving the wallet confirmation emails. and they NEVER reply to any emails. they take the money from the card and they just sit on it, For three days now ive emailed and have gotten no reply from anyone. but yet they have my money and my order is just sitting there. these ppl verify accounts to purchase up 1,000,000 in bitcoins. Now how does that look on this bussiness. sit on someones order of that amount of BTC and see what happens. And it says easy and hassle free. ha right its a BIG HEADACHE everytime. geeze!
