Simplex and Coinmama are the worst ! they made a charge on my credit card, reject the purchase and after 3 weeks the money have not been refunded to my bank accountbe really careful with these guys !

Took a lot of personal information but did not deliver. Tried multiple banks but all transactions were cancelled by the bank due to fraud concerns. Going to try another service I guess. Waste of time.

Fortunately my bank flagged this as fraud within minutes. They want way too much information and they want it more than once and they want every type of ID you have. As someone else said it concerns me about my identity being stolen. They cleared my checking account and put over $3000 on my cc.They wasted hours of my time this week trying to tell me they were legit. What a SCAM.
So thankful for my bank that gets all my finances back in order. It makes me angry that I let this happen.

I was really skeptical about using any of this online bitcoin sellers and coinmama was a site i was willing to try and im really happy that i did.there service is fast and reliable.
1st transaction took 24 hours but the next 4 took a few minutes
its a shame for the limit of 20000 per month but still a very good company i will buy there again for sure !

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Customer service stated I made this purchase after their work hours which is why they were 24 hours before they asked if me if I wanted to cancel the transaction. They said simplex would contact me and they did not. Pitiful excuse for a crypto company.

I spent an hour setting up but US passports are not accepted even though it doesn't state that. Expired driver's license that matches the US passport is not good enough. The 5 business DBAs in Texas under my name aren't good enough to prove I am from Texas. So now I am going to go drive to the Bitcoin ATM 5 miles away because it doesn't require verification. I really should have done that first but I was lazy and wanted to buy bitcoins from my couch. Lesson learned.

My first transaction was process same day. The second transaction they kept me waiting for days. Poor communications. I was worried so I canceled the transaction and contacted my credit card company. They wrote back they would refund. However the charge still posted to my cc. Please avoid them unless you like a painful experience.

I bought from them once it worked. The second two times I bought from them the transactions were pending for 1 week when they were then cancelled. I had been told repeatedly that they were just having delays, but then they cancelled my buy even though I would have profited that week 300$ per bitcoin because of the price change.

Update: they refunded me the $1000 I purchased and didn't receive for two days. It's unfortunate but their processing company Simplex has just been bogged down and unable to respond to orders at the pace coinmama customers were used to of under 30min. Unfortunately it may be best to wait until Simplex is able to step up their game.

Have been waiting for over 24 hours for my $600 worth of bitcoins no customer service looks to me like there's no end in sight my bank account has not been refunded this is really screwing me over if anybody has any advice to help me please I am in desperate need of some good advice thank you.

I have bought bitcoin through coinmama on 28/06/2017 of 300$after lapses of 72hrs I have not the coin and money has deducted from the account. The service of coinmama is horrible and terrible. Coinmama is big scam and don't purchase bitcoin from it.

My first two transactions went fine. They were quick and no problems other than paying for overinflated bitcoin to cleverly add in extra service fees. That is until today. I needed bitcoin in a relatively quick period of one hour. I placed my order for $950 and my order has sat in processing status for over 9 hours. STAY AWAY FROM COINMAMA

Luckily my bank flagged the coinmama transaction as fraud. Now that I've seen these reviews I'm glad they did. Now I'm just worried about them using the information I gave them to steal my identity somewhere down the line. Anyone have any opinion on that angle?

I bought $1000 dollars worth of bitcoin from coinmama, never received my bitcoin. No response to my mails to support. Beware do not use them!!! I have no idea how they get away with this.

Some guy wrote here that all the reviews are biased. Well of course they are, we come here to review based on our experiences. I don't think people are being paid tho.. wish I was. I am very unhappy with coinmama as of now. I tried buying for $1000 bitcoin. The money is reserved on my card, but the transaction has been pending for the last 50 hours or so. This is an unacceptable long time in my opinion. Furthermore CoinMama doesn't reply to my e-mails or messages through their website, I've sent them 4 now. I called my bank but they are powerless as long as coinmama doesn't push the magic button to either unreserve the money or makes the transaction go through. As long as the money is reserved I can't buy ether for the bitcoin and I can't just order some other place as I don't want to throw more money into the project as of now.
It should be said that I have bought from them on 3 other occasions without problems, so I don't know why it's suddenly an issue.
