They have no customer service at all, buys have been accepted by the credit card and rejected by coinmama, signaling they want you to link your bank account and after that they hold your money for days if not weeks before releasing it. That is if they release it, I have read stories and reviews of people’s money being taken and not given any credit in the account and never getting the money back, they are a huge fraud.

Awful! Tried to buy over 15 times in a row in one day, all transactions got refused without any specification. The next day walked into my bank to see if the transactions failed due to any reason on their part but they confirmed that all was OK with my card and that Coinmama refused the transactions after the user and the bank confirmed it. Worst was that I kept trying for days, therefore missing almost a full week not being able to buy BTC.

if there was a rating other than 1 I would choose. their customer service is operated by sum rude ones who thinks you owe them. as someone said, they are really fucked up. stay out for long term investment and buying, they are the worst. and yeah the fees look

They stole 200 from credit card, and have not delivered any bitcoin, no customer service or phone number, cannot get a refund from my bank without merchant complain, this is high way robbery DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL HIGHLY REGRET IT.

I don't want to give them one star, I wish I could give them Zero stars. They deducted money from my account and is showing order was failed. Now I am contacting the support, only machine is replying to your inquiry they have no humans who can understand the situation. Best of Luck!

Stay away !! This site has held onto funds of mine for over 4 days now and even my credit card company is surprised. It seems they let you place small orders and when you get bigger, they steal your money. I have tried many times to ask them to release my money but with no luck. Feel free to ask me for any more info. Thanks

I bought BTC from them twice. First transaction I received the BTC almost immediately after the purchase. Second transaction took about 20 mins for me to receive the BTC. Loving Coinmama thus far!!

It took a few days to get my ID verified. Other than that from the time I deposited $100 until I received it in my Coinbase was about 10 minutes. Expect delays guys. That's with all crypto purchases. This process is just a baby. Don't expect the world out of something 10 years old.

I wish I was a responsible adult and read reviews on this site before using their service. I purchased $350 ETH 19 days ago. 0 ETH transferred into my Bitfinex wallet, and 0 out of 5 of my email answered.
I think I reserve the right to say, "CoinMama, f*ck you." I also contacted Simplex and they said they had no record of my transaction.

09/03/217i give 1 star because i couldnt rate them lower. Stay away from this site. They are highly unreliable and ineffective. Place my order about 4 days ago and i just receive my approval by Simplex, their payments processor. My order on Coinmama still remain at in progress. That was my first and last order with them.
