But bitcoin not in my wallet yet.
So I'm sent them email.
They said I have technical issues.
And they said my case is tech reviewing.
And they said be patient and blah blah blah.WTF. man $200.this is not fake fucking money man.

I use both coinmama and coinbase and when i have any problems i contact them directly via live chat. They offer fast support via Jambba Chat. Username: coinbase and coinmamaI was hacked last week and admin from coinbase solved my problem in 1 hour. Via support tickets they answer tooo sloow.

I initiated the verification process with Coinmama on Jan 4, 2018. To date (Feb 22) I still have not been verified. I did receive a email stating that they had not forgotten about me and to be patient as they are overwhelmed with volume. I can understand being overwhelmed, but it should not take this long to complete verification. I won't be doing any business with this organization besides, I don't have the time nor tolerance for the BS.

At least 3 weeks now and Coinmama has still not verified me and no response from them. They obviously don’t have a process to handle the volume of applicants. This is a sign they may not be able to handle transaction volumes from applicants once they get verified. I think I will go to another company that has already worked out their process. Too many reviews on here about transaction issues. Worst, Coinmama has not communicated on a frequent basis to let us know where things stand with verification. Surely they could use their website, Twitter or Facebook to give more specific explanation as to where things stand if they can’t respond individually. If they can’t give time estimates as to verification then I can only assume they in over their heads and their process is a mess.

Made it through the verification process easily enough I guess. Then I tried to buy coin but my bank was blocking them. So I took the block off coinmama at my bank. From that point 100% of my transactions were canceled with absolutely no reason given as to why. I think I tried a dozen times to purchase coin and finally wound up at coinbase from whom I've had NO difficulty purchasing bitcoin or ethereum. Stay away from coinmama.

Beware of thei coinmama website. They do not deposit after paying them. Their website says they are on it but heavy load and never deposit money. Tryed looking for el phone number online and this one came up +18886225771 and they are scammer. Trying to get into your computer saying they need to verify account.
