Was a bit weary at first after reading some reviews but this site is actually pretty good. Verification was quick and painless took about 12 hrs. Have had 2 successful purchases so far. The first one was completed in half hour and the second took longer a couple hours. So far very pleased good alternative to coinbase.

Stay away this is the biggest scam I’ve come across and shocked they are even still around. They will take money out of your account and not send bitcoin. I called my bank who have confirmed that coinmama have taken the money and when I ask for money back they ask me for screenshot from my bank account. The payment processor they use won’t even reflect the payment on my statement so I can’t prove it and had to call the bank to get a transaction number yet they reject this transaction number and say the payment has been returned to my account when my bank have confirmed it that the payment was taken by them. Fuming and frustrated with this scamming company never again. I’ll keep fighting for my money back. VERY SKETCHY COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you don’t mind risking your cash. You’re better off using local bitcoins or Coinbase

( UK buying XRP )I have bought XRP through Coinmama and have to say its a very easy process, get verified ( very easy ) make sure your bank will send money to exchanges ( My Revolut card would block transaction because Coinmama is competion, my Santander acc was OK ) copy?paste your ledgerwallet address in the box, confirm by email its correct by looking at first and last letters of address, then its shows in your Nano S. Look Coinmama is not the cheapest but its probably the best for XRP as its very secure and quick. A very user friendly site!

Horrible service. I unfortunately can’t use Coinbase (which everyone should use for their bitcoin purchases) as the address on my license isn’t my current billing address and since I have moved since obtaining my drivers license 4 years ago somehow I am suspected of fraud??? Well this led to me switching to Coinmama and their already highly INFLATED Bitcoin price and super high processing fees on top of that and well you are already out a couple hundred dollars if you buy over 1/5th of a bitcoin. Looking for a better option, but if anyone is thinking of using Coinmama best advice I can give is think again or just use Coinbase or Kraken if you’re more experienced in bitcoin, which I unfortunately am not.

Support line is rubbish and frankly a waste of time.My orders constantly get reversed by them and ultimately fail.
Their only support response (when they give one) is to try another card ...which just makes my blood boil as my cards are fine with anyone else.

This is fucking scam! Buyer beware. My son booked a room in Ocean City, MD for a month. After he paid the $1,039.50 that was the last communication he had. Nobody has responded back to him and the room was never booked. He’s reported it to his bank and they’re trying to get his money back. This happened 2 weeks ago and he’s still waiting. I hope they find the guy and get the money back before I find him.
