The spread is getting wider and making it difficult to buy cryptocurrency now on so many exchanges. It is so frustrating but this exchange is still one of the easier platforms to buy coins.

It seems Coinhako just increased their rates. They used to sell ethers at 4.3-4.4 MYR to the USD. But now it is about 4.7. And the spread between buy and sell is now almost RM1000! (Buy: MYR 5576.64, Sell: MYR 4695.60) when the dollar rates are Buy: USD 1173.80 Sell: USD 1167.90. I think it is time to dump these blood-sucking mother-f***ers.

Very easy to use to purchase btc and eth, mentioned about ltc release last year but it is still not in the system.

Finally received my xfers amount that I transferred over from coinhako wallet. Took almost 2 days eventhough normally take only a few minutes.

Charges are much higher than normal, the customer support is extremely slow to response. Anyone noted that December comments are all removed?

I've lost $660 transferring it to xfers wallet within Coinhako. No one responding to support ticket

Price for Malaysian (MYR) were 11% different. and S$$$$hocking! (Selling so much lower than bfx, buying so much higher than Coinbase)Jan 8th 2018 for the record.

Xfers took a long time to get verified with the test top up. However, I am still glad I can still use this platform. It is one of the easiest platforms to start buying cryptocurrency. The wait is worth it, I just hope they provide other alternatives for SGD deposit soon.

70% satisfaction, depositing money was a slight hassle due to a fair bit of verification. Trades buy/sell was executed quite fast. So far all my deposit/withdraw have gone through successfully with some delays of 1-2 day. Quick support staff.

Love how fast and smooth it is to purchase and sell coins on this platform. The interface is simple and not so complicated compared to other exchange. Thats the beauty of this platform.

Was pleased with the additional security function with the option to lock the account. Accidentally locked my account and cannot access my funds, email support. Get back to me after a while. The process of unlocking the account is a pain. I will take note not to press it accidentally again. Enforcing 2FA for all transactions is another additional security measures. Generally, I glad that I can purchase coins without much haste. It is easy to use and pretty smooth.
