They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.They have no telegram, no live help and practically no customer service. Emails go unanswered and crypto deposits take days to reflect. Frequent excuses blaming the network when transactions have been fulfilled. Buy/Sell spreads are huge and transaction fees are high.

From May 2018 until this day, i haven't received my balance bitcoin.I admit my mistake wrong transcation from BTC to Bitcoin Cash. (from Coinhako, u guys confuse me, with the additional e-wallet)
anyway, i willin to hav additional fee deduct for my mistake.
but up until now, no ticket, no email, no shit. the customer just vanish.

Have been a regular user of Coinhako for some time, however recently with network congestion, their transactions are not going through due to their extremely low miner fees. Transaction has been stuck for almost two days and support will only inform you that the network is congested. Ensuring that customer's transactions go through on time is of utmost importance, which they should factor into their business model instead of reducing fees to increase profits, do look into other upcoming platforms before using Coinhako

have a confirmed 12 ether transaction from kucoin to Coinhako and can see in the block chain added. however hasnt been credited to my coinhako wallet and no signs of it still 3 days later. its more than 13k SGD transaction and have been approaching coin hako for the past 3 days regarding the status. but they havent responded yet. This isnt professional and extremely poor customer service.
