Maintenance a bit disruptive but overall still good compared to other crypto platforms. If you not ready for all the bumps in the industry at the moment, then don't join in in the first place.

Easiest proper crypto platform. Still pales in comparison to CFD platforms, but the same can be said for all other crypto platforms. At least I can own some real crypto with ease here.Will give 5 stars when I can gladly say this is the best choice.

When I was still a crypto newbie, this platform did wonders for me. Everything is so easy and straightforward relative to other platforms I have tried. Keep up the good work so the 'uninitiated' can participate too.

Been using Coinhako since as early as 2016, amazing to see how far they have come. From Bitcoin and Ethereum only, to 30 over cryptos. awesome stuff

Security compromised - June 7, 2019
Account got hacked and hot wallet entirely wiped out by hackers. Even with 2FA authentication also useless. No hotline to call for help when customers seriously needs help. Oh man... if this security compromise is not a reason to doubt the safety of your funds, I don’t know what will... trust in company and their ability to safeguard our funds completely shattered

Thought Coinhako was terrible until i tried other exchanges. decided to move back to the same platform in the end.Like the guy below mentioned, lowers fees would be great :)
