I had a couple of scam transactions around my btc. Wanted to figure out who tried this. I have asked if the exchange got hacked bit no response received.

Coinhako is the very very worst exchange u can find in Sg..I wud have given minus minus stars if tats possible.
My transactions were left PENDING since 08Jan n 09Jan 2021.
Customer support is non existent.
Sent email to CEO also he dun care.
Now, my transactions are still PENDING..
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT..
LOUSY LOUSY PLATFORM.

Coinhako is a scam despite appearing legitimate. The extremely high transaction fees with MLM like referral scheme are huge red flags already.Tested the crypto withdrawal with 0.01 LTC and it worked fine and was out in 10 minutes. But when I tried to follow up with a transfer out of 100 LTCs, the process just shows pending in my wallet for the past 12 hours already. Unbelievable.
Got a shock after reading all the scam reviews. I am starting to feel it is true. Managed to deposit fiat in SGD after 1 day wait (probably because it was a large quantity for them to scam), but once I bought some crypto and tried to withdrawal them to Binance, they just indefinitely held my 100LTC as pending.

Very bad tech support no replies n they probably have too many customers signing up. There are better platforms out there.

Do not use this exchange , coinhako will hold every outgoing crypto coin over value $ 1000 and no response back to customer . My coin withdraw hold by this exchange for no reason . Remember value over $1000 withdraw will hold for 1 to 2 days . B.rgds

Wanted to transfer Bitcoin for cold storage and 50K was frozen "for my protection". Tried to raise a few tickets but only standard replies given, no follow up or feedback on timelines provided. Save yourself the stress and use Binance or other dependable exchanges please. You've been warned!

Not sure if its just my account or have any other user faced the same issue. I tried to log into my account after a month of inactivity and was prompted that my original password was wrong. Did a reset and now my 2FA is not recognized. I have all my 2FA had not changed since day 1. Now I have to wait for a 2FA reset. Not sure what is going on for this to happen.

Hidden fees everywhere. Trading fees are 10x that of other exchanges like Binance.
Prevents you from making withdrawals with “system maintenance” excuses. Funny how these “system maintenances” come without prior warning and during times when crypto is seeing high movement.

My partner logged into her account and realised it was wiped out, $0, shows transaction of withdrawal to an unknown wallet. This is devastating, the security support and stability of Coinhako. Please stop using and withdraw before it’s too late.

Pretty dumb to put min 550 sgd on xfer when xfer max is 500 for most users on there. Hence will always be 2nd class exchange. App always crashes.
