Help please. So I did some short and long trades on DOT/USDT and PEPE/USDT. I placte the withdraw just to be told I have to pay them tax in amount of 10000USDT before they can process the withdraw. This was the msg. From customer support:
It has been verified that the founds you withdraw from coinhako have been deposited in the Fanancial TAX Bureau where coinhako is registered. According to the local cryptocourency tax laws, personal capital gains tax is required for personal profits exeeding 500,000 USDT from coinhako. You have legally earned more than 500,000 USDT from coinhako. Therefore your capital gain tax it is 10000USDT.
Please compleat the tax payment within prescribed period if you fail to pay personal income tax on time it will be considered a tax evasion and you will be held criminally liable. If you are convicted of tax evasion, you will be sent to court. At the time in addition to paying tax you owed, you may also face huge fines, imprisonment, attorney fees ect....

My crypto transaction has been pending for few weeks. Their respond required me to send my ID to verify the transaction even though my account was already fully verified. After complying to their request, they continue to ignore my ticket marking it "awaiting your reply" without any actual response from them. Stay away!! They are sketchy and it feels like they would exit scam any time since i am not the only one experiencing this.

My crypto transaction has been pending for 3 weeks. Their respond required me to send my ID to verify the transaction even though my account was already fully verified. After sending my ID, they continue to ignore my ticket marking it "awaiting your reply" without any response from them. Then, if you open another ticket they would just close it immediately and not respond to the only "ticket" they left opened. Overall not recommended as they only have email support. No phone call, no live chat. Only pure dead email support which they can totally ignore you for all they care.

Hi Peeps, I am about to kickstart my Crypto journey via Coin Hako (SG) until something very interesting strike me. Deposit of funds is to another DBS account under name of Verity Tech Pte Ltd. If this isn't a red flag, then you may want to spend another $10 to do a company search via ACRA. Check what is their paid up capital and who owns it. Enough said.I gave a middle 3 star as I have YET to be an official customer of Coin Hako, and probably I am going to skip this platform altogether unless someone can address my concerns.

Worse Platform EverHalf the coins don't allow Deposit/Withdrawal. Wanted to send my 2982ADA out for staking. So the only plan is to swap to another coin, transfer out, and as soon as possible swap back to 2982ADA. TOOK 8 HOURS to transfer out. Used XRP as the mode of transfer, that is a SUPER FAST BLOCKCHAIN, but Coinhako only transfer out after 8 hours. by the time I swapped back to ADA I'm left with 2585ADA. not forgetting the swapping (ADA to XRP) of $50. This is the worst platform anyone can use.

Worst Platform ever. Pay people to write 5 stars review. The support will only give apologies statement but no resolution or compensation on their errors.Refrain from using the platform is advices.

Easy to use and transaction / deposit processes have improved since I first begun using coinhako. Transaction fees are pretty steep compared to other exchanges, and there is a tendency for the app to lag.

I had problems transferring my crypto from Coinhako to my hardware wallet. Sent them emails every 3-5 days. It's been 2 weeks and no reply. Also had my funds stuck for over 1 week due to their non-existent customer service who took over a week and 4 resent emails to respond. They do not have a contact number for urgent help either. The authorities should investigate their unethical business practice and shut them down.

Worse platform!!!! Deposit in money stuck within 1 week, now withdrawal stuck already 10 days but still in pending status.Really super disappointed, Can’t figure out how it work, stuck everywhere, fee also everywhere, like this how investors would chose to use!!!!

Worst platform ever. Platform is always down when there are big market movements and I mean every single time. You can only access after market stabilizes and prices have climbed. Moderator always say we are working to prevent this issue from happening again but still happen every single time.

Withdrawal just take forever to get into my bank. For a investor, this is a worst choice. Your money will be frozen somewhere for at least 1 week.
