Don't use them!I lost access to my old email address and their website makes it seem like an easy fix.
Now I'm at 2 weeks without my account or money and they want me to buy a webcam for my computer (mobile device will not do) to take a picture of my drivers license (which I have done twice with the mobile app for both accounts)
They are in the business of ripping the customer off...

The customer service is terrible. You can only dispute via email, which is unhelpful. And you can’t sell the stock when you want. I will never invest in this app again. And if you have a bank account connected to this app I would remove it. It has on its own invested in bitcoin and customer service will not assist you well.

DO NOT BUY ON COINTBASE. Your crypto will be hacked and stolen and coinbase will do nothing to assist. I lost all of my Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum. and They will not even return your emails and when you call they say there is nothing we can do.

15 days now and I can not use what I have purchased on Coinbase. Value has dropped over 30% and I can not touch my funds there!!! Worst thing I have seen in 36 years of doing business. What a sham!

Absolute rubbish. Had been using them as a paying customer for some time and had an issue with my email address, had to change it on their system.
What should have been a simple matter of uploading some ID turned into a mess of me sending support emails and them not answering. Kept getting NO REPLY to requests for help and signed up with another provider.

I have been trying to withdraw bitcoin from one wallett to another for 6 days. I was told my customer support to cancel and try again. I have done this 4 times. The 48 hr wait is painful. The approval process is not working. I'm begging coinbase to please approve the withdraw. I'm getting no where. I even verified with identity again after having the account for a year.. If I can't coinbase to approve my withdraw , I'm going to file a complaint with the State of CA. Will give them my email passwords to show I approved the withdraw. Some body help......

Coinbase is a scam. I deposited $1000 into my account and now they are saying I cannot sell or send the bitcoin until they are done doing system upgrades in a month.

I called coinbase and verified the correct phone number and attempted to buy $450 of LTC and went through the process and my LTC was sent to someone that works for coinbase and I've called and emailed and talked to anybody that would listen and I'm out of my hard earned $450 dollars and coinbase insist that I called the wrong phone number which I verified thru my cell records that I called the correct number and they are just giving me the run-around.I'm going to the local news outlets and any other news outlets to get this out into the public so anybody else does have to get scammed by coinbase

Coinbase is a good platform for beginners who do not want to use any of the features of bitcoin. They offer an exchange to get cash into crypto, however they are slow at processing and can at any time hold large sums of your dollars while they "investigate" potentials for manipulators or fraud. This to me is shady and happened to me. I purchased over 13 thousand dollars in BTc and LTC only to have it locked up for three weeks while the price of both grew immensely. For those who want to get into the market at a reasonable pace DO NOT USE COINBASE! For those who are not concerned about fast transactions, good service, or utilizing your own money to purchase anything Coinbase is for you

I have been suffering since 3 month . They locked my account without reason with coin and cash Euro . I can't trade or can't move nothing . It's seems it's there plan to steal . I Made many email them many time not good response . Just keep saying Wr will have a look but nothing yet done .
Please be careful every one and move your all the thing as soon as possible . They will take your things from your account and make you trouble

this should be a no star review as coinbase has me in limbo..in january 2018 my account was locked and i wished for it to be unlocked.. after giving them enough info..they said , they would be in touch so watch your email, your case is being escalated to a high priority, etc...same old story each month..i need to chase constantly so now it looks like i have to make it a full time job to get back my money and get everyone involved..nothing has been down and i have substantial money locked into my own account..i asked to go down and see them in person but ohhh no, they dont want that but keep stalling and being of no help.,,,law suit coming,,
