ZERO stars. Wasted 4 hours of my life trying to get account set up. Every step was a nightmare. Charge card verification process never went through. Totally half-ass software interface. I'm out

Had no issue getting verified and putting money and buying BTC. But has been pending my withdrawal for 3 days now....yea this is very frustration and bullshit..fuckers!! Glad it was only a 100 dollars...use at your own risk..but when you get fucked over dont blame them blame yourself!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The service fees are very high. Also they charged my card twice for verification and didn't bother to refund. If you want to contact support - GOOD LUCK. there is NO contact information whatsoever, no phone number no email, only FAQ or perhaps FU. You can talk to the bot though. Just run.

I have had a transaction pending for over 12 hours now . I used shapeshift to convert some eth. to bitcoin. it is confirmed at shapeshift but still pending on my account . I have no idea what is going on.

More like zero star, it does not allow you to sell at high or buy at low, as soon as there is a majer movement it stops working. It's super shady.

Don’t bother with kikebase. their fees are exhorbitant and they always (((coincidentally))) have maintenance during good buy times. :(

Terrible service! Don't use coinbase. I started using coinbase to buy Litecoins in June 2017 so have had an account there for almost 6 months. I would rate coinbase service as less than 1 star but there are no negative stars. My first purchases were small to try and test and in the last month I made bigger purchases and mysteriously received the warning message "Account Restricted" for no apparent reason. My bank did confirm that 4 purchases were cleared through my checking account so coinbase did accept my funds. Email support is not reliable and two of my support tickets were never even acknowledged let alone answered so now I am stuck with a significant amount of funds stuck in a restricted account that I cannot get access to. 1) Coinbase works fine until they have an outage or services interuption and then it DOES NOT WORK. 2) Sooner or later you will have a service problem and may not be able to get your $$$ back. 3) Read other reviews before using coinbase and you will discover that some people NEVER get service - they are just abandoned with no recourse.

Worst place to try to buy or sell when market is dipping. Every time their website is down and restricted to sell or buy at the best possible time. Coinbase is a scam in that regards, you can only sell or buy when they coin market is stable, not when it is profitable, what a joke. I am moving my coins out of here when i find a viable alternative. Hate this site!!

How convenient that Coinbase servers are down every time there is a big price dive. Each time theres an all time high you are locked out of your account, or they just simply disable the purchase option.
