I transferred EUR 1600 (On 12Jan 2018), amount was received by coinbase (On 15Jan 2018), but they refuse to credit it to my online account, and also refuse to return it back to me.They said I need to make a debit card transaction of £500 to verify the account, and this amount would be refundable as soon as account is verified. I made this transaction immediately (On 21Jan 2018)
Then they said they were refunding both transactions, and need my debit card details. They fraudulently charged me another £307 (on 25Jan 2018) and are unable to reverse the transaction.
Now, they want me to make another transaction of £500 to verify the account.
I have already lost £2300, and I donot want to lose any more.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD

I have been able to access my account (whether through laptop dashboard or Android app) only once in the past 2 weeks. It's an absolute outrage that not only this happens and prevents people from making use of their funds but also that Coinbase has not sent any notification to its users to explain the stuation and their plans to resolve it.As soon as I can access my account I will withdraw everythig.

It's been 5 weeks since I requested a Withdraw. The money disappeared from my Coinbase account by I got $00 into my verfied bank account. I tried to call, contacted support multiple times to get a bot response with Q & A information that has nothing to do with my issue. I finally got a e-mail response from support that basically said they'll look into it and get back with me when there is an update. Absolutely criminal!

I held BTC on Coinbase on August 1, 2017 during the BCH hard fork, but Coinbase don’t rewarded BCH in my wallet (If for example, you have 1 Bitcoin in your possession when the fork occurs, you’ll still have that 1 Bitcoin, but you’ll also be able to claim 1 “new Bitcoin”). I have written innumerable emails asking Coinbase about this topic without being answered to date. I find it very unprofessional behavior. For your records you have to know that Coinbase does not allow you to keep the keys of your own cryptocurrencies (they do this, they say, for your own security but the truth is that they do it to benefit Coinbase from the BTC hard forks) which leaves you out of any reward. I agree with what Kayser says on twitter about Coinbase.Max Keiser

I wish I had read on here before getting involved with a Wire transfer to Coinbase. My funds were received on January 16th and have literally disappeared since then with no response or funding from Coinbase! They have not responded to a single email, I have recordings waiting for over an hour on hold to get disconnected and not receive any help from their support number. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried everything but this has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I can’t believe this place is considered a legal financial institution in the USA. If someone from Coinbase reads this, GIVE ME BACK MY FUNDS!!!!

There are NO audits, NO insider trading investigations, nothing.In summary CB equals usurious fees, no customer support, and very unethical business practices (basing their entire business on making fees from people who don't understand them).

In addition their support is non existent. Their technical systems are completely outdated, withdrawals and deposits lag a huge amount. The reason for this is they lost most of their engineers when crypto went up because people just left the company because they became rich. Now they're trying to hire and relying on engineers who are beginners in crypto.

They are absolute worst. Their fees are eye gougingly high. They charge at least 10 times more than anyone else. They are in business simply because they are fleecing the new people coming into the industry.

They once were ok. I believe they are about to cash out. I encourage anyone with accounts with them to bail while you can! Before it is too late. The website is crashing 3 times more often than before. It is taking twice longer to fix. They stop buys with no reason. They ask for ID verification 3 times a year. I do not think they have a clue of what they are doing anylonger

Coinbase charges are more and also coin rate always shows more than $3 than market rate while buying a coin. They always shows more than $2 less than market rate of a coin..they are really cheating people with hidden charges.

Coinbase SUCKS-- they charge TOO MUCH and do NOT SUPPORT their users... where is their competition ?? I am sure that a class action lawsuit will be filed within the next 16 months... The insider trading today is just the tip of the iceberg that the Federal Government is looking into....

Too much fees, takes long to get verified, I sold 0.9 BTC at BitcoinExCash com and there's no registration or verification needed, I got paid very fast directly in my bank account.

I could rate 0 stars i will!!! This guys are useless !!! They blocked my account 2 months ago still waiting for them to answer. I call support everytime i have to wait min 2hrs for they to answer to tell me that they cant help me the support team will contact me back and nothing... scam!!!
