I deposited some fiat and still in pending state on their side. I asked my bank and they sent the money two days a go. I created a ticket with them and they supremely answer after my second attempt and this is what they answer:“Please, note that it can take up to 14 banking days for the banking system to process with your payment. Thus, we kindly ask you to stay patient. ” How can I stay patient when they use my money for enriching themselves. I would have accepted this answer 10 years ago but nowadays the bank transfer to take 14 days is highly suspicions.
I’m very disappointed I did business with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beware this company is a scam and take all your money, withdrawal EUR185 and charge EUR50 for withdrawal fee~!! it take 3 weeks to be in my bank account left EUR135!! and avoid and dont use this

Stay away from CEX.io!!!!They have been holding my funds for weeks now, with no worthwhile communication. I only wish I had read more reviews before I trusted them with my money.
Too high fees - September 1, 2017
I deposited $100 USD, they charged 3,5% fee, so total was $103,89.I placed an order to buy $100 in BTC, besides quotation was already high at the moment ~4900 USD while ~4700 in another exchanges, they charged me +7% for execution.
So in reality i payed $100 for 0.01896706 BTC making final BTC price of $5.272,30 !!!!!
Just ABSURD !

I was a member of the site when BTC mining was available. Had fun and made a few quid from it. Now mining is blocked, there is no way of transferring the funds from the site as there is a minimum to withdraw your BTC. Support suggest you deposit more money (that they get a cut of) to get the funds over their minimum. They need to validate all deposits (I tried to deposit $30) but when you fail their validation with no reason given, they keep your funds and don't refund it back into your bank. I contact support, they suggest that I contact my bank as they cant issue refunds. Super shady!

Garbage exchange, none of the withdraw options work, they want you to pay them commission again to get part of your bitcoins back.Scam, stay far away.

I am so fed up of dealing with these people. I just wanted to withdraw my money. I am told I have to wait 1 month to be verified again, and that instead of withdrawing, I should just buy bitcoins from them as their is no verification. I already paid your commission once, I don't think its fair that I should pay your commission twice and lose my bitcoins to you fees.Can you please let me withdraw my money, I have sent you every piece of ID I own.

Thank you for taking the time to write of your experiences. I am finished with Poloniex, and was looking for an exchange that offers margin trading (and available in my location). I am surprised that CEX.io lists an address with all the hate. I do so hope someone pays them a visit.

I've contacted this company numerous times over the course of my interactions with them, because it seems that not only is it impossible to get my bitcoins back from the void that is CEX.IO, but they are completely useless as an exchange entity. I am extremely disappointed with the level of "service" I have received. No help was given whatsoever.
