I have prove that, CEX IO it's fraud organisation, with manipulation planTheir stuff is part of the fraud too;
1- CEX IO give fake guaranty from Customer Service that the money is safe and payments are in process;
2- CEX IO confirm the money have already been send back by their"Payment Provider ;
3- CEX IO provide Unreliable Screenshot to prove that the founds are send back;
4- At the request to provide Wire Payment Reference number, CEX IO refuse to confirm;
5- At the request of information: were are the money? who send the money back? what is the status of payment? what is the transaction number and let my bank to investigate and track the payment?; CEX IO refuse to respond!
6- Almost one month pass after CEX IO confirm that, THE FUNDS HAVE SEND BACK, I've not receive any payment, I've checking regularly with my bank and CEX IO is one Fraud Organised Company, with complices in Banking System, Customer Service and Financial Management Team
7- This is not for Withdrawal Case, this is for REIMBURSEMENT OF 4000 USD FOUNDS I PAID AND NEVER RECEIVED in CEX IO FROM 2 MONTHS AGO!

NO WITHDRAW TO BANK ACCOUNT MORE THAN 20 DAYS!!!UPDATE: on 25.01.2018 WITHDRAW is still NOT REACHED MY BANK ACCOUNT !!! TOTALY SCAM !!!!
I just visited my bank office and they said that they also cannot get this company by phone also they have been caled to the bank office in latvia (cex _ io have bank account for SEPA transfers) but latvian bank also can do nothing because company do not answer emails nor phone !
UPDATE: on 15.01.2018 WITHDRAW is still NOT ACCEPTED by cex_io e.g. it is 9 days and 6 days in pending mode (2 withdrawals). Somebody tell me that is so hard to check so many days ? So i wrote to support to cancel this withdraw but no answer at all !
So my story again is the same: If you deposit from any source such as crytpo currency or fiat money anyhow 1-2 days later all deposited to your account BUT withdraw is not working not any way and any source! Withdrawal for fiat money does not work: i have tried VISA (estonia, on december worked well) , bank trasnfer (SEPA/SWIFT) and CryptoCapital do not accepted for withdrawal more than 9 days !!!! So money goes in but never leave cex_io! I

CEXIO is a complete fraud!!! DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY THERE!They rejected my application without any comment. I have a lot of money in this account and now they keep it and say I can try to verify in 30 days again.
Now my lawyer will handle this SCAM exchange.

Señores, esta página esta estafando a las personas que inviertenten en ella. Están tardando mas de un mes en realizar las transferencias a sus clientes. Yo hice un withdrwing (retiro) el 27 de diciembre y a fecha de hoy ño tengo ninguna respuesta de transferencia. Es necesario buscar una entidad legal que presione a la gente de CEX para que nos pague.

Сex definitely lacks guys on the job. If they’d solve issue of terrifically slow responses, it would be a great exchange, which I would successfully use. I do love the platform, if not these pendings. CEX! solve the damn thing this time and you won’t lose the substantial amount of users.

I am beginning to believe that this is an untrustworthy company. A GLOBAL EXCHANGE YOU CAN’T TRUST. I wish I had seen the kinds of reviews popping up more like these recently before I became a recent victim. I wire transferred enough to buy the first and only bitcoin I could afford. I was traveling at the time and an advance wire-transfer was the only choice I had at the time. It took over 3 weeks for them to receive (?), was rejected from being deposited into my account for ‘non-compliance issues’ (?). I immediately provided them with my banking information to return the wire-transfer and have waited over 2 months for its return. After repeatedly submitting requests for the last 5 weeks, I received one message saying that ‘the bank rejected the transfer because some information was incorrect or missing’ and rerequesting a Swift code. After asking repeatedly for an IBAN or MT5, a series of numbers used to trace the wire transfer and receiving no reply, I had my bank conduct a probe. The telegram from Duetche Bank said they’d attempted to contact them a few times with success. I have tried to remain calm and trust but after reading all these poor reviews (mixed with the obvious bots positive ones) I am beginning to realize that something must be done to recover our money from these scamsters preying taking full advantage of this unregulated market and preying on innocent souls just trying to invest the little money they have. In my case 10k, all the money I could bare to loose on the market, not by these scummy scamsters. I’m not asking for any BTC donations but since this my first post on this site, I would like to know if anyone could respond with a way to link all those in similar situations with them to form a possible class action law suit if we don’t see some urgent action from them to return our money.

They're clever: they do efficiently the first one or two withdrawals to gain your trust, but then not anymore.Waiting for USD 10000+ for more than three weeks now, even if flagged as sent by Cex 10 days ago.
Visa withdrawals are supposed to be quicker but are not.
Be careful.

You can buy and trade crypto on CEX/IO, but you cannot withdraw fiat. CEX/IO won't tell you that, which makes they a terrible place to do business. Instead, they make fake excuses, delay, and waste your time and money. They'll say, no problem, do this do that, and then when you do they will say, "oh, sorry, instead to that." It's a joke. Every other word in their marketing material is about trust, but they simply do not earn it.

Pending Bitcion balanceİ sent 4.12121253 bitcoin to my accont on cex.io and got more than 30 confirmatin on blockchain since 16 November and still the balance is pending and i can not reach my bitcion.after that to check if there is problem on network i sent 0.004 bitcoin again on 21 Novemeber also is pending .i tried to reach support team but no one answer me very bad service.i need help please solve my problem.i advise you to be careful do not use this platform.
Today is 25 of November and still no answer from the support team you judge how bad they are.i made 3 request and no answer.

ABSOLUTE SCAMthey have no problems taking your payments but when it comes to withdrawing your funds, they delay and always deny your credit cards and payment methods. Avoid this site and save your money. If anyone knows how to report them or get your money back please help me.

It can be tricky. The buy/sell section is practically the same as the trade one, but with different interface and higher fees. As for the rest - no claims yet. I really like their trading platform - it is easy and processes orders relatively fast. I am still new to them, so the comments below are a bit discouraging.
